On Wednesday May 12 my wife and I went in to Bill Estes Chevrolet to see about trading in our Impala. We were rushed and issues were not explained fully. I bought the Equinox, but looking back I probably would not if I had to do it over again. My husband wanted to walk out, he does not like to be pushed bought the Equinox, but looking back I probably would not if I had to do it over again. I understand my credit was not very good, (I have been unemployed for the last 8 months due to Covid (the finance manager was not listening to me and seem to be consumed in getting this done quickly as it was the end of the day on Saturday, he even made a comment regarding wanting the day to be over and to get out of there and get home)), but that shouldn't mean that I should be rushed, dismissed, or take-or-leave were my only options. Kay was nice but rolled his eyes, and released a heavy sigh in exasperation with my husband’s questions. He (my Husband) did not feel the tires were reprehensive of only 19,350 miles. They appeared to have too much wear. But Kay appeared to want to say take-it-or-leave it, sorry about your luck it is the way it is. Also, he had very little knowledge about the vehicle, he stumbled thought the answers. He himself seemed to be rushed and under presser, he spent very little time with us. He was joggling several customers, again I felt like it was “Wham-bam-thank-you-mam” interaction. More
