Our family has purchased many vehicles from Bill Estes Chevrolet, and it is always our "First Choice" when considering the purchase of a new or used vehicle. We recently purchased 2 Cobalts, sight unseen Chevrolet, and it is always our "First Choice" when considering the purchase of a new or used vehicle. We recently purchased 2 Cobalts, sight unseen, and relied totally on a verbal phone transaction when negotiating vehicle and pricing. The only glitch we encountered was our wait time for closing the transaction. Our time at the dealership was 2 1/2 hours from walk-in to close. It's been a while since we've purchased a new car, so the paperwork has really increased. However, I thought the length of time it took to sign off was a little long. Other than that, we're extremely satisfied with the Cobalts, the salesman Jeff Polley, and this Chevrolet dealership. THANK YOU BILL ESTES!!!! More
This is the fifth vehicle purchased from Bill Estes Chevrolet. The last three were purchased from John Luck. John is very good to work with. He has a kind, straight foward and honest demenor. When non-maintenance service is required I also use the dealership. Mark Phillips has coordinated most of my service and does an outstanding job. He is also kind, straight foward and honest. Thank you for this opportunity to share my feelings about Bill Estes Chevrolet. I became a customer of this fine business starting in 1989, and over the following 21 years have bought many new vehicles, vis Bill Estes Chevrolet. Be advised that I am NOT a fleet buyer ! I cannot recall any experience that has left me less than completely satisfied. Bill Estes likes to say..."We exceed your expectations"..., and you know what, he actually does it ! Here I have been caused to feel that my business was truly appreciated, and that my wishes and desires were important to them. They have always worked with me to reach a point of mutual satisfaction, the so-called .."win-win'.. thing. Never have I had to retreat from the dealership 'huffing and puffing' because I was upset, angry, or feeling insulted. Just won't happen here. I suspect Bill feels that he has an opportunity to show what he too can do in his role as the son of the former President of Chevrolet Division of General Motors. His family's relationship with Chevrolet goes way back to the early 1960's or so. I have NO explanation or understanding why, or how, he ever got hooked up with Ford in recent years.???. A 'diversity' thing ????? Should you need to acquire or replace a new vehicle, the whole experience becomes maximized here. No need to travel around to other Indiana dealerships, only to end up running away as fast as possible to escape the con guys. Look, Bill's going to make a little on the deal, but you'te going to be the big winner. Chivalry lives on at Bill Estes Chevrolet ! I'm happy to be one of their many completely satisfied customers. I was very impressed with the profesionalism and followthrough with Stacey. Not only was she one of the few sales people to actually follow up with me after my initial visit she continued to search followthrough with Stacey. Not only was she one of the few sales people to actually follow up with me after my initial visit she continued to search for the car to fit my wants. During the sales process I felt like she explained the features and benifits of the suv I purchased very well and kept it simple. She also in my opinion helped me to arrive a a mutually benificial price. More

He is very thorough in the buying process, as well as a fantastic help in seeking out the "perfect" vehicle we're lookign for. We've bought 4-5 cars from John within the past 6-7 years and will continue to give him (and only him) our business in the future. Unfortunately, I don't recall what the financing man's last name was, but Ken was also very helpful. He provided us with all the information we needed to make the financing quick, easy and as painless as buying a new vehicle can be. More

My latest experience with the sales side of the shop was equally professional. I went to several dealerships around town in the span of a few weeks looking for a new car so I got a good feel for how everyone operated. The people I dealt with at Bill Estes differentiated themselves in a number of ways. 1) They knew their product. You would be amazed how many salespeople just don't know the cars they sell. 2) They were responsive. You'll be greeted within seconds of entering any dealer, but what happens after that varies. At Estes I saw more vehicles and got more information even though I spent less time there. 3) They were transparent. It seemed at other dealers there were subtle surprises at each step of the process. No surprises at Estes. I highly recommend this dealer. More
Stacey, our salesperson, was great. She has a great personality, was quick to point out key features specific to our family and was enjoyable to work with.
