I wanted to thank Max & Kent for working with us and for the awesome customer service. I have purchased many cars and this experience was by far the best. There was no haggling over the price since we wer the awesome customer service. I have purchased many cars and this experience was by far the best. There was no haggling over the price since we were eligible for a GM discount. They were always very professional and were very patient never rushing us into a decision. They took the time to answer of your questions. Even after test driving several different vehicles they made sure we would be completely happy with whatever decision we made. Also we had some financing problems with other dealers. Bill Estes got the job done and at a reasonably interest rate. Even the pay off on our trade is was less than I was told. Bill Estes instead of keeping the additional money and not telling us let us know and applied it to the down payment thus giving us a cheaper car payment. Once we signed all the paperwork Max took additional time to show us how all features on the car and how they worked and that if we had a question please come in or give them a call. I might add this was near to closing time but Max took the time anyway to make sure we understood everything. Since we needed to either refinance our Smart Lease or make a new purchase, Jeff explained how it would be more beneficial to make the purchase rather than pay 5-6 more years on a vehicle that we've had for 4 years already. When it was time for running the credit for financing, Kent broke down all possible scenarios for payments and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. Before we'd made it to the dealership that morning, my wife was not feeling good about how the outcome would be but we both left with a smile.
