Pams' Hybrid Malibu was recalled to replace the battery. Pam gave me much greif about my taking it in, saying there was nothing wrong with her car.....women! When I finally caught her at a weak moment, Jon Pam gave me much greif about my taking it in, saying there was nothing wrong with her car.....women! John Hutsell is the only customer service repair person with whom I'll trust my Suburban with. I ask for him specifcally, even if I'm just coming in for an oil change. I've been having my vehicle serviced at Bill Estes Chevrolet for a while now. Everytime I enter the service center I'm greeted and shown where to go immediately. I usually work with Jeff Taylor, I prefer to have the same person each time I go so they know exactly what I need or may need, and he is very professional and knowledgeable of what services will be needed or renewed. I am not very familiar with what my car needs so its nice to know I can trust Jeff to set me in the right direction. In my experience with Bill Estes Chevrolet, every staff person I have encountered has been very friendly and extremely helpful. I personally enjoy the refreshments as I am waiting for my car to be serviced. My overall experience and opinion of Bill Estes Chevrolet is excellent! The pricing is reasonable and they only tell you what you need. Not anything extra, unless of course you ask for it. I would recommened this service center to any of my friends and family. More
