Mr.Hutsell made my service very fast & painless. He told me a time that my car would be done & to my surprise it was done faster than I expected.. John Luck went above and beyond the call of duty to get me in a 2011 Avalanche. He was professional, timely, and attentive. John went above and beyond in helping us to select a vehicle that was right for us. We chose a 2012 Chevy Equinox. He worked to help us get a very fair price for our trade-in vehicle (a 2005 Chevy Mal vehicle that was right for us. We chose a 2012 Chevy Equinox. He worked to help us get a very fair price for our trade-in vehicle (a 2005 Chevy Malibu) and then helped us find a fantastic financing rate (much lower than even our bank had offered us). The fear of buying a new car was certainly allayed by John's very top notch customer service. We couldn't be happier in our selection of Bill Estes as a dealer and in John as a sales consultant. We will be going back to Bill Estes (and John) when its time to trade in our Trailblazer. More
We had a company vehicle that had been sitting at another office for a few years. When it developed a flat tire, we called the service department at Bill Estes to see if they could tow the vehicle to their l office for a few years. When it developed a flat tire, we called the service department at Bill Estes to see if they could tow the vehicle to their lot, do an overall check on it, and change that flat tire. I spoke with John in the service department and from the first phone call I was impressed. John explained exactly what I needed to do to get the vehicle towed to his lot. Once it arrived, he called to let me know that he would be looking over it and calling me with an estimate for any repairs and he did just that. Because the vehicle had been sitting for a few years, there were several things that needed repaired. John explained each repair and why the repair was needed. When we encounter a problem with the current vehicle registration and had to have an officer do a license plate check on the vehicle, John once again helped out with facilitating this. Because the shop we were at is in Marion County but the officer that came out was from Hamilton County he couldnt do the check we needed. John had his team take the car across the street to their Hamilton County lot so the officer could fill out the paperwork he needed and then they drove the car back across the street to Marion County to complete the work. When the work was completed and the vehicle was ready to be picked up there was no one available in our office to get the car. No problem! John had his guys bring the car to us. I have never had a better experience dealing with a service department at an auto dealership and I will recommend this Service department to anyone that needs anything from an oil change to a major repair. From the top down this is truely a world class organization! More
I own a 2005 Suburban. I took to dealer to repair air conditioning system. It cost $1200. to repair. Couple weeks later, air conditioning system is still not working. I visited EVERY SINGLE Chevrolet dealer in Indianapolis searching for the perfect deal. I traveled to Ft. Wayne, Southern Indiana and even Columbus, OH. It wasn't until I visited Estes that I found a sales searching for the perfect deal. I traveled to Ft. Wayne, Southern Indiana and even Columbus, OH. It wasn't until I visited Estes that I found a sales associate and staff that new what customer service was. I spent a month trying to find the right car and dealer. During my search I dealt with some extreme simpletons and generally rude people. I was on my guard when I entered Bill Estes Chevy. It didn't take long for me to feel comfortable and realize these folks were on the level. They even did good with my trade in. They offered thousands more for my trade than anyone else.... That's right, I said thousands. Look people I am quick to write a review on just about any product or service (just ask the Hubler group). It's one of the few ways us consumers can look out for each other. Its refreshing to finally write some good comments. You have to agree that these days customer service is a thing of the past. Most businesses rely on the fact you need their product. They could care less about how someone is treated or if they even return because they know there are plenty of customers out there that will continue to come through the doors. Estes just knows how to do it right. I just can't imagine how much time I could have saved and stress I could have eliminated if I had gone here first. Thank you Bill Estes for putting together a great product. More

Wow. What a great experience! I came in wanting a truck and worked out a deal, but after the deal my wife and I decided on a suv they had instead. They worked great on both deals and we left with the suv. I was amazed on the trade in value they gave for both cars! They were by far the best trade in value on the North side of Indianapolis. They had this cash for clunker program that really helped my equity out on the trades. Wayne Rogers is awesome to work with and will take care of all your needs and what your looking for in a vechicle purchase. Bill, sales manager, was also great with understanding the payment I needed and made it happen. They both have a great since of humor and made my car shopping experience fun. I would highly recomend this place and will forsure come back here first before thinkging about going anywhere else. Once I left the dealership, my check engine light came on. I called up Wayne and he told me to bring it back and they'll check it out. It ended up being the thermastat, which cost around $400! They took care of it for me at no cost!! The suv is Bill Estes certified and they stand behind their vehicles! They are doing some touch up paint work on the back bumper and will fill up my tank for me since I had to come back a few times for the repair and pain job. They truely take care of their customers and will be back forsure! More
