I had a 1 p.m. appointment to get front brakes repaired. Arrived at 1 - Jon was at lunch, no problem, I had an appointment. Don't know the young mans name who FINALLY approached my vehicle 5 minutes after I arrived, but when he asked how he could help me and I responded that I'd made an appointment, my words fell on deaf ears. 10 minutes later he checked the computer and strangely enough, there was my appointment. Jon knows I wait on my vehicle - at Estes I am half way between home and work - no where to kill time that would be close and, what's 2 hours in a comfortable waiting room? Fine with me. The young guy forcefully said "well, can we drop you somewhere?" I know he thougth I was nuts, but I replied, "uh, I work in downtown Indianapolis and live in Lebanon, WHERE WOULD YOU LIKE TO DROP ME?" I don't deal well with disrespectful people and there are a couple of them in that dealership. All customers should be treated equally. Doesn't always happen. BUT JON AND PAM ARE WONDERFUL. More

GM and Estes do not stand behind their products or service. Replaced injectors under warranty at 54k mi and then went out again at 102k. This is a $6k fix on a $52k truck that failed again. I have purchased 7 brand new GM vehicles in the past 10 years and getting ready to buy a new $60k truck. It will be a FORD! and not from Estes Ford either! More
I ended up purchasing a pre-owned Mercedes Benz from this dealership. Unfortunately, I had a very unfavorable experience regarding false advertising (vehicle lacking equipment that was advertised as having dealership. Unfortunately, I had a very unfavorable experience regarding false advertising (vehicle lacking equipment that was advertised as having such as bluetooth and ipod adapter, I discovered these would cost over $2000 to have installed at the Mercedes dealership) and lack of follow-through for a 2nd key fob (was verbally promised this by the sales manager, and something I would completely expect ALL vehicles to come with. He completely denies the whole conversation). After purchasing a $50k+ Corvette and now this Mercedes in a matter of 4 years, I now realize this isn't the dealership I'd like to do business with again. More
