I am so sorry to hear about your experience :( Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We found your ticket and we see that it is our mistake inregards to you being charged for the bulb. Mike (your adviser) is fairly new to our Dealership and used the wrong code. Ron Spears will be contacting you soon to apologize and offer your next oil change for FREE and to refund you for your bulb. We do not want to lose you as a customer and I am sorry that this happened. Is there anything else that we can do to make this right and for you to take down this review? Hi Tara! Thanks for reaching out. I had a hectic day at work yesterday, but did get Ron's message late last night and called him back first thing this morning. I hope you understand my frustration a little bit. It was very diaappointing to think I just wasted almost $80 yesterday. I wish I would have been offered the chance to get an oil change or wait a few more months since I had synthetic oil. I feel like I was taken advantage of yesterday more than anything. I know you guys are running a business and need to make money, I'm in sales...so I know a business needs to do what it needs to do. But I feel like I was taken advantage of yesterday, by no one even giving me the option. Again, thank you for reaching out...I truly appreciate it!!

Good Morning! Hope your today is better than your yesterday :).. I DO understand the frustration and disappointment. We took this seriously and addressed this to Mike because this is UNACCEPTABLE! It is not how we conduct business. I gave him the benefit of the doubt since he's new, but that's the reason Ron called you. He's been around for ahile and knows the drill.. You have a free oil chnage on file and you were reimbursed for your warranty part. When you do return (which we really want you to), please see Ron Spears or Jon Hutsell. While all our advisors are fantastic, these 2 are a few of my personal favorites. I apologize again; and know that we ARE here for our people and I appreciate the opportunity to make this right!
