I DROVE 150 MILES FROM OHIO TO BUY MY TRUCK FROM BILL ESTES CHEVROLET. I KNEW WHAT I WANTED AND WE HAD AGREED ON THE PRICE OVER THE PHONE. I WOULD DO IT AGAIN. While in Indy on a trip my car started making an awful noise. Having lived in Indianapolis until recently I have dealt with Bill Estes many times. They have always given me great service. So I drove in to find out what the noise was and met Chebon White, service advisor. They determined that it needed a new transmission. Not exactly what wanted to hear.Chebon hooked me up with a rental car, kept me informed during the repair and even called to advise that a tornado had just crossed the interstate when he knew that I was coming to pick up my car.That is what I call service! Oh, and the transmission works great too. More

I purchased a new 2012 Chevy Equinox. Keith Garcia, my salesperson, was great, as was everyone. I went to the dealership with a car picked out (on-line)and with a price that they would have to meet in or salesperson, was great, as was everyone.
