From start to finish, everything went very smooth. Afer weighing out everything from price to useability and practicality, we decided not to purchase the Camaro. She was very understanding, thanked us for the opportunity and asked us to be sure to contact them if we needed anything else. About 15 minutes after we hung up I got a call from the New Car Sales Manager, Sean Hogan. He called to see what they needed to do to make the deal happen. He expressed how valuable GM employees are to their dealership and wanted to do whatever it took to get our business. I explained to him the reasons for our decision and in the context of the conversation, it was mentioned that the Impalas have an almost $9,000 discount. While I was not looking to buy any car except the Camaro, the more we talked the more interested I became. They also met me half way on the difference between what they offered and what I needed for a trade-in. We were currently driving an Impala so we were familiar with the reliability. Stacey gathered a lot of the information over the phone, saving us time once we got to the dealership. Jeff Haase was knowledgable and efficient in preparing the documents necessary for the sale. Long story short, we accepted delivery on a 2012 Impala LTZ last night and am very satisfied with our decision. Given the fact that we have 2 grandbabies in car seats, a grandma and a dog that loves to go for rides, the Impala LTZ was much more suitable for our life style. More

I was interested in looking at a car that was more fuel efficient than the 2001 Malibu LS (33 mpg highway) that I possessed. My wife and I went to the dealership during the week and Ray Stafford greeted us in the lot. I told him the story and that I was interested in looking at the Chevrolet Cruze sedans. I was particularly interested in the Cruze Eco models that got up to 42 mpg highway (manual transmission) or 39 mpg highway (automatic transmission). I had read that they were highly rated for safety and fuel economy. He had me drive a "demo" Cruze Eco. After the drive, I told him I was not ready to buy then but would return later. He told me to give him a call and then we could talk. We then looked at different colors available on the lot. After calling Ray, I returned on Saturday afternoon the same week to drive a light blue Cruze Eco with Ray in the car. I really liked the car and its features and decided to purchase it after Ray answered my questions. After negotiating the price, we came to an agreement. I really love the car and am learning all that the Cruze Eco has to offer. It's so much more high tech than my 2001 Malibu LS Sedan! More
My goal in a car transaction is to a) have a painless experience, b)complete the transaction expeditiously, and c) have confidence that I didn't get taken. Mike and Stacy were highly competent. They listened to my needs and stayed focused on that. My experience was pleasant. They were organized and all went very smoothly. and most important, they have my trust that I was taken care of. As for the entire staff - Everyone seemed to be engaged with customers and customer business. They created an atmosphere of welcome and we're glad you're here. Aside from giving cars away, I can't think of any improvements and if there is a way to create a more professional, customer oriented, competent, stable car dealership, Bill Estes will be implementing it. I had a bad experience with another Chevy dealership and came to Bill Estes and they took great care of me. From the moment I walked in to when I drove off with my new car Pascal did everything he could to came to Bill Estes and they took great care of me. My first interaction was with Peter and he was great. He is the reason I went back to Bill Estes when I was ready to buy. Unfortunately he was no longer in sales. I ended up working with Mark and he was is the reason I went back to Bill Estes when I was ready to buy. Unfortunately he was no longer in sales. I ended up working with Mark and he was OK. Overall the experience was pretty good except I was surprised at how hard they pushed for me to finance through them. When I went to buy I fully intended to finance through my credit union. I already knew their interest rate (5.99% for 48 months)and approximate payment. The dealership pushed pretty hard to finance through them so I said I would consider it. Their initial quote at what they said was a "really good rate" was $80 per month more than the credit union also financing for 48 months. When I asked the rate he said he didn't ask but it would be around 12%. I declined. Later, when I called in to confirm I would buy the vehicle he told me they could get me 9.99%. I declined. When I went in to close the deal with check in hand they said they could get me 5.99%, which I thought was interesting. Why did they start out at 12%? (Of course we know where that extra $80 per month was going.) Of course I said no. My advice to anyone considering buying a car at this dealership is it's OK to buy there, but do your homework on financing. You can do better than what they offer. More
