I HAD PURCHASED A 2012 CRUZE LAST AUGUST FROM JIM. IT IS A GREAT LITTLE CAR BUT I HAD BEEN USED TO DRIVING AN SUV AND A VAN FOR THE LAST 13 YRS. SO I WASN'T HAPPY WITH THE SIZE OF THE CRUZE. I went to Bill Estes because I had heard rave reviews from friends and family relatives who have worked with their company before in the past. My goal was to trade in my Pontiac G6 in for one of the Chev from friends and family relatives who have worked with their company before in the past. My goal was to trade in my Pontiac G6 in for one of the Chevrolet vehicles. I was introduced to Johnny Steadham and right off the bat I could tell that he was going to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made the experience fun and exciting and was still very helpful in helping me make my decision. He was not pushy at all and wanted to make my experience as comfortable as possible. Johnny did a great job of relating to my experience and was extremely helpful. I will definitely recommend Bill Estes to my friends and family. I love driving my new Chevy Cruz!
