I had been truck shopping all day and was frustrated not finding a truck I wanted or a payment I could work with. We stopped in on a whim just to see if they had anything. Bill Estes Chevrolet was the first Chevrolet dealer I went to when looking for a Chevy Malibu and it ended up being the ONLY Chevrolet dealer I went to. From the beginning the service was excellent. I never felt pressured (which is rare at car dealerships) and felt like my needs/wants came before a sale. Pascal Decaudin was/is an excellent salesman to work with. He made my buying experience an easy and fun one! I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks to Jeff Haase too (finance manager) for making all the paperwork/financing go so smoothly! BUYER BEWARE This dealer took me and my wife in we tried to trade a vehicle do to a past on the vehicle it wasnt able to be traded which was know big deal Jason suggested we get a second vehicle we said ok to trade a vehicle do to a past on the vehicle it wasnt able to be traded which was know big deal Jason suggested we get a second vehicle we said ok lets look he took the credit app we didnt have our check stubs which was no big deal the manager told us that we think things are looking bright they showed us a nice new 2012 chevy silverado it was the color we wanted things were looking good as far as we were told...He said on Monday bring your pay stubs because I make more than what i was writing down do to my account statements I told them i know i did they were trying to get a better interest rate we told them we didnt want to put money down they said no problem just trying to get better interest rates.... On Monday they still hadnt told us anything they waited until almost 5 to say well we needed money down and that on saturday the pre limb said things were fine we werent not told about this was a pre limb they just wanted to get a better interest rate at a payment of 500 which was fine monday the story changed at it was 2500 down and 600 a month...They lied to us they got our hopes up and I bet they had already knew we couldnt had gotten it my wife was mad i was pissed I told Jason we were going to go down the road then begged to give him another vehicle a used truck I told him i didnt want used he then said well the truck you were looking at was a 30,000 dollar truck i knew that he knew that we all knew that he then said its goin to be hard to find a truck or suv new with my credit situation i went to eastgate chrysler jeep last night after leaving them and was able to get a brand new jeep please beaware of this dealer we spent more than a half a day with them and was not able to get a deal done.... if you dont want to waiste your time dont go to this deal BUYER BEWARE More
My last visit back three years ago was awful, Last nite your dealership proved it self to be the best in selling a car. Then there is Ali Al-Derawl, what a personality ,,,,It was wonderful to pull away from there knowingly car. He explained things about the card and told me anytime I had questions just call. She was very efficient in finding the car with the options we were looking for. She went the extra step in checking to see what GM monies were available to us, and even got us extra money because we belonged to a credit union. She gave us an acceptable trade-in offer on our car without even seeing it. There was no haggling or pressure. We gave her the dollar amount we could afford in a car payment and she got us that without any hesitation. It was a great experience, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a Chevrolet. Ali Al-Derawi took us through the various options inside the vehicle. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. More

During the service visit, the service department lost the keys to my vehicle while it was in their service department. I waited over an hour while they were looking, after they told me the car was ready. When they finally pulled the car around for me to depart, my key was in the ignition, however my ignition key was attached to someone else's key chain! I nearly drove off with someone else's car keys. I contacted the dealership's general manager (not the service manager) by telephone. I left him a detailed voice mail message with all of my call back information. My call was not acknowledged or returned. More
