6 month old Malibu 21012. Took in to have whining sound when turning fixed. Found to be low on power steering fluid. Odd because only 6 months old. Also notes that driver door is not set flush to car and hood is off on 1 end a little below end other end a little above. Both are defects period. Since car had a major chip in front quarter panel about 2 months old had that 2 foot section of front passenger quarter panel fixed by approved collision repair shop through insurance company. Received call and was told that hood and door could not be reset or aligned because I had work done on 2 ft section of quarter panel. Now get this. It didn't even involve the door. I was told that I should have noticed these defects before I should have driven off the lot. Or that the whole or sorry most of the car had been repainted. Oh yes we can tell by the swirl marks on the car. Did you ever hear of Nu Finish and a buffer done by an amateur. Guess Not. Or in order to maintain my warranty I guess I also should have just let the chip or gash stay then maybe I could have received my coverage. No wait since I didn't get it repaired I would have voided the warranty for not taking care of the care. Wow if I new that I had to be a car care expert to buy a car from supposedly a trusted dealer ship I would have taken a class. Anyway since I didn't notice until 13000 miles that it had to happen because I got the front 2 foot section of the passenger side quarter panel fixed. Wow what power that has to offset a hood and a drivers side door. Didn't know that GM made such flimsy cars. Well after an argument and several run around phone calls got no where I gave up. Imagine being told that oh no it couldn't be our fault that it must be yours because we would never let a car like that off out lot? Then to find that the person who sold us the car too us is no longer there after he sold us this car and by the way another clunker to my daughter as well is no longer there. I guess we know why. Oh yea did I mention 36000, 3 year BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY. What does that exactly mean? I guess it means little to GM as we wonder why they are last in the car race. This is how you treat your customers really? I not quite sure but I think I can probably cost you more business by the people that I can contact then what it would have cost you to simply align my hood and door in which you created in the 1st place. I guess I was a chump to believe the straight forwardness of the dealership and will be sure to pass on my message to all that will hear. I guess I will just pick up my irregular car in the morning and let everybody know where not to go for a new car. Just to let you know, we have already successfully stopped two people from visiting your dealership as my wife was looking in 2 months and my sister in January. Let see how many more people I can effect More
My wife and I were on a 1500 mile trip and our car broke down just outside of Indianapolis late in the day in mid-October. We had to call a tow truck, and went to Bill Estes Chevrolet on the north side of down just outside of Indianapolis late in the day in mid-October. It appeared that we would have to stay overnight and wait the next day for the repair, a bad front hub bearing. With the kind help of Ron Spears, and his boss, John Hamilton, they were able to repair the Suburban that evening, so that I could keep a doctor appointment the next day. One of the mechanics stayed late, thanks to him too. It was very helpful to us. More

The team we worked with was very knowledgeable in the product they were selling. There was no high pressure in making our decision. I was so THRILLED with my experience that I haven't stopped telling everyone about it. Then Jeff Haase was amazing in finding me the best interest rate he could by following up with various banks. I have gone to one particular dealer in the past and felt taken advantage of, talked down to, and treated as if I was a 'stupid girl'. This experience will be talked about with ALL FRIENDS and FAMILY and I will never shop for another vehicle anywhere else. They will ALWAYS have my family's business! More
