Sean Hogan, the used car manager who worked my trade-in, and Eric Beeler, my sales guy were great to deal with. We bought a new Cruze with MyLink, and the guy who delivered the car and explained all the features, Jeff Drumm, really knew his stuff. Finance was a breeze. This isn't my first car from Estes, and it probably won't be my last. I love dealing with these folks. Seriously. I've hated buying cars until we moved here and found Estes. More

Nathan Gregg is horrible when it comes to customer service experience. He talks too fast and only concern about adding more stuff to your bill. We tried several different dealers and nobody could help us , Pascal went above and beyond to get us into a car, at first we could not do anything because we owed to much on our car, he did not mess around us , Pascal went above and beyond to get us into a car, at first we could not do anything because we owed to much on our car, he did not mess around he told us the truth and we sold that car and came back and he got us into a 08 trailblazer with close to the payment we wanted, we have nothing but good things to say about everybody at Bill Estes, we had a flat within a week of having the car we had the roadside coverage and that was taken care of by the service department with no fuss, we will return and send anybody looking for a car to Bill Estes. The experience I had at this dealer was the best ever.. I really want to point out Bo Chavis did his best to accomendate me. As a veteran i demand top notch service and thats what i got. They too worked every possible angle, My credit was not all that great because of ID theft and with the recent theft of my previous vehicle they worked it out for me to get a new one. I was at a competitors lot and along with my sister whom also is a Marine Veteran was treated terrible with a bate and switch deal on a vehicle that was priced right for her to buy.. I too walked from that dealer even tho they were giving me the care i wanted, But over practice was not of Marine standards.. So over all I salute Bill Estes Team of people Thank and I will buy and referr folks as to my business you have it for as long as i buy.. Salute.. I purchased my vehicle in September of 2012 and had some problems within the first couple weeks. I took the vehicle (2012 Impala LTZ) and was told that they had fixed my problem after having the car for abo problems within the first couple weeks. I took the vehicle (2012 Impala LTZ) and was told that they had fixed my problem after having the car for about a week and a half. Once I picked it up, the problem was still there so I took it back. After having it for a couple more days, I was called and said that it was definitely fixed this time. I we and picked it up, and test drove it with the shop foreman AND Service Manager and low and behold it was fixed. Granted, I was ticked that I had to put this car in for service after only having it for 2 weeks. They took care of me and now I can say I am an EXTREMELY satisfied customer. Freddie did a heck of a job getting me a deal even though it wasn't what I was looking for and Nelson is just AWESOME at his job. He really listens and makes you feel welcomed. THANKS GUYS!!! More
