Nathan Gregg is horrible when it comes to customer service experience. He talks too fast and only concern about adding more stuff to your bill. The experience I had at this dealer was the best ever.. I really want to point out Bo Chavis did his best to accomendate me. As a veteran i demand top notch service and thats what i got. They too worked every possible angle, My credit was not all that great because of ID theft and with the recent theft of my previous vehicle they worked it out for me to get a new one. I was at a competitors lot and along with my sister whom also is a Marine Veteran was treated terrible with a bate and switch deal on a vehicle that was priced right for her to buy.. I too walked from that dealer even tho they were giving me the care i wanted, But over practice was not of Marine standards.. I purchased my vehicle in September of 2012 and had some problems within the first couple weeks. I took the vehicle (2012 Impala LTZ) and was told that they had fixed my problem after having the car for abo problems within the first couple weeks. I took the vehicle (2012 Impala LTZ) and was told that they had fixed my problem after having the car for about a week and a half. Once I picked it up, the problem was still there so I took it back. After having it for a couple more days, I was called and said that it was definitely fixed this time. I we and picked it up, and test drove it with the shop foreman AND Service Manager and low and behold it was fixed. Granted, I was ticked that I had to put this car in for service after only having it for 2 weeks. They took care of me and now I can say I am an EXTREMELY satisfied customer. Freddie did a heck of a job getting me a deal even though it wasn't what I was looking for and Nelson is just AWESOME at his job. He really listens and makes you feel welcomed. THANKS GUYS!!! More
