We decided to go with the Ford but our experience was wonderful at Bill Estes Chevy. We were offered a great price for the Cruze and our sales person was friendly, funny, and understanding. In a couple years I will be in the market for a truck for myself and I will definitely go back to see Eric Beeler at Bill Estes Chevy. More

I was sold a warranty for almost 3000. and wheel warranty for 399. that I could never use because you have to use your factory warranty first. When trading in the vehicle at another Chevy dealer I was told about the warranty and how it would never serve me. When attempting to call Estes about this my calls were not returned so I Continued calling for 5 days straight. Was told my check for half of what I paid for the warranties would be in the mail by Monday, good thing I called today because it had not even been signed. Sad that a company would take advantage of a crippled, recent widow. More
Service Center Sub-Par I made an appointment online for my vehicle to get serviced as it had a check engine light on. I brought the car in and the service adviser stated it I made an appointment online for my vehicle to get serviced as it had a check engine light on. I brought the car in and the service adviser stated it wouldn't likely be looked at until mid-afternoon. I said that was fine, as long as they could diagnose it so I could get the rental my warranty would cover. I didn't hear back until I called them later that afternoon and they stated they wouldn't be able to look at it today and they didn't have a shuttle or loaner car they could give me. I picked up the car and they left my service ticket open. I was told if I brought the car in first thing in the morning it would be one of the first to get looked at as long as no one brought their car in to be worked on before me. I brought my car in at 8 a.m. the following morning and was told it would likely be looked at by noon. I called at 12:30 and was told they were *hoping* to get my car looked at today but couldn't guarantee me as they were working on cars brought int Monday and Tuesday that had bigger problems than anticipated. They offered no solutions. Why have appointments available if you can't actually even take the time to diagnose the problem? My biggest issue is that I feel Bill Estes' service department wasted my time rather than being up front and telling me they were booked up or didn't have time. What's the point of having online appointments if you can't actually look at the vehicle? More

I filled out a credit app and they said their system was down they would call me first thing in the morning. I waited all day no call so I called them back. Very very rude from that point on. when they told me they couldn't get me financed I asked why they say guaranteed they said they couldn't if you have credit issues. ( any dealer can do it with a person with good credit duh) I make good money but I have a low credit score. I went into another dealership and they could see that this dealership only sent it to one bank. So they didn't even really try. I think the sales manager got mad cause I tried to take the deal to their ford store because the wouldn't follow up with me. They will only value you as a customer if you have a great credit score. They are extremely rude! More
This dealership is fantastic! Everyone treated us so well, and made sure we were completely confident in our vehicle before proceeding through the purchasing process with us. They got us the best intere well, and made sure we were completely confident in our vehicle before proceeding through the purchasing process with us. They got us the best interest rates possible, even better than our bank. We were treated like family. I am very glad we chose to do business with Bill Estes Chevrolet and would recommend them to everyone. More
I came to Bill Estes looking for a specific SUV after an absolutely horrific experience at Hare Chevrolet. Because of my job requirements I was looking for a black LT model with black leather interior. I or absolutely horrific experience at Hare Chevrolet. Because of my job requirements I was looking for a black LT model with black leather interior. I originally came and saw two employees standing at the door who were later identified as Brandon and Bo. I asked if one of them could help me and Brandon kind of looked the other way and walked away from me. Bo asked me specifically what I was looking for and he immediately told me that he did not have anything in stock or anywhere in the surrounding areas. I told him that my time to purchase was eminent. Bo was fairly short with me and did not seem willing to assist me in locating a vehicle. I left to continue my search. I came back the very next day after seeing a vehicle on the website for sale. I came in and was immediately greeted by Jim who is very happy to assist me and treated me very well. I agreed to purchase the vehicle after we came to an amicable price, what $16,000 down and drove home in a brand new SUV that day. If it wasn't for Jim I would not have bought at Bill Estes. It's sad that people like Bo and Brandon apparently judge people by the way they look. As a result they both lost out on a $40,000 sale. Thank you very much Jim for taking care of me and making me a happy customer. I love my new SUV! More

I went to the dealership looking for a new car. It has been many years since I purchased a new car. Cars have changed so much. Bo was friendly and very helpful. He answered all of my questions and was been many years since I purchased a new car. Cars have changed so much. Bo was friendly and very helpful. He answered all of my questions and was patient when I wanted to do comparison driving. I liked the fact that he seemed to care about satisfying all of my needs in every area of the sale. I never felt pushed or rushed. He seemed to truly care about the person rather that just making a sale. I came away very satisfied with the entire experience at Bill Estes. More
We came into the dealership looking for a used Tahoe or Suburban. My last visit to the dealership was in 1990 when I purchased a used Chevrolet, so I had no prior relationship. We met Bo Demir, and expla Suburban. My last visit to the dealership was in 1990 when I purchased a used Chevrolet, so I had no prior relationship. We met Bo Demir, and explained what we were looking for in a vehicle. After scanning through the inventory we went to the lot. Bo was excellent to work with. My wife and I had several instances where we just needed to talk, and Bo did a nice job of giving us our space to discuss options. In the end, we decided to negotiate on a Suburban that Estes had on the lot. Bo answered all our questions about the vehicle, provided certification and carfax paperwork, and made sure we had beverages and were comfortable throughout the process. Through the entire transaction Bo communicated effectively, and negotiations were what I would have expected. I negotiate for a living, so we had a lot of back-and-forth in the process. While I think the paperwork took too long (I always think that), in the end Bo stayed with us and made sure the buying experience was handled quickly and professionally, and that all our questions were answered. I was impressed with the committment to customer service exhibited by Bo and the dealership as well as the committment to a positive purchase experience. You expect a somewhat contentious negotiation when you look at vehicles, and I recognized the committment to a positive experience by Bo and the staff at Estes. There was one part that needed to be replaced on the vehicle, and Bo came to get the vehicle at our home two days later, left us a vehicle to drive, and delivered our vehicle back with a full tank of gas. The entire experience was very impressive. I will visit the dealership again when I am in the market for another vehicle. With two kids driving, you never know when that might be! More

Thank the Lord we were not disappointed, and in fact our sales representative, Eric Beeler, exceeded all expectations. Having bought/leased a lot of cars over the years and having grown up in an auto dealership environment, even working for my father back in the 1970's (body shop), I enjoy the car sales process. I realize the dealership needs to make a profit particularly since the days of 100+% service sales absorption ratios are long gone. That said, and having done a little bit of homework on the particular year, model and make of vehicle we were considering (we didn't have to buy, we could have walked away and said "not today"), Eric Beeler and his team graciously met our counter-offers and other considerations. In addition, Eric is a very knowledgeable, personable, authentic, truthful, collegial, good-humored, team-oriented sales professional, and took the time to get to know us and our situation. We were extremely pleased, satisfied and impressed. Also, we were very impressed with the positive energy and friendliness of the dealership personnel as a whole. A good deal of visible synergy and camaraderie. I would whole-heartedly recommend Eric Beeler (sales) and Jeff Haase (F&I) at Bill Estes Chevrolet for getting a good and equitable deal on a new and/or used car. Bill Estes Chevrolet has a great selection of inventory, nice clean facilities, hot coffee and other pleasant amenities. More
