A bunch of money hungry pigs! I will never ever go there again. I was looking to get out of my current contract and into something else because the company that held my title were I will never ever go there again. I was looking to get out of my current contract and into something else because the company that held my title were charging me $11,000 in interest. so I called in spoke to a lady named Shanay and she told me about how they take whatever amount you are upside down off the car you decide to buy so you break even. I told them I only had $500 to put down. I made an appointment, when I arrived some anxious salesman named Pascal greeted me walked me over to the desk to check in and then took me to his desk. he knew nothing about me not even my name. he worked on his previous deal for a half hour while I sat at his desk. when he got around to helping me he said they could help me gave me 2 cars to chose from, I waited in the lot 30 min while he went to get a key (I'm pretty sure he was helping another customer) I test drove the car and I waited another 45 minutes for him to come back and ask me if I could come up with a few thousand dollars. I said no and he said 'Well i'm sorry I can't help you, the bank wants more down' . the next day I called the manager and spoke with him, he apologized and said unless I can come up with more money or get a cosigner, they can't help me. Well I went the same day Andy Mohr Speedway Chevy and I was able to walk out with a brand new 2015 Chevy Cruze the very next day. And only with the $500 that I said I had to put down. I only went to Bill Estes because I figured a big dealership I would have a wider selection. I was wrong! Andy Mohr Chevy treated me fair and gave me individualized attention and truly wanted to help me with my situation. More

I showed him another estimate and, true to his promise, they matched the price - will also automatically rotate the tires each time I am in for an oil change - good deal! This will help me get the best wear out of my tires and won't require any extra effort on my part. I appreciate all they did to make tire buying as enjoyable of an experience as possible. More

Dishonest -Unethical I was pressured me to take a low offer for my trade, because of a bad Car Fax report, they said they would be lucky if they could even sell the car. Then they advertised same care for almost 4 times what I was given in trade. Guess the bad Car Fax really didn't matter when they were selling as they said it would. The dealer manager refused to let me reach Bill Estes. They also would not honor the advertised return policy. The dealer manager was beyond rude. He told me it was his job to keep people away from Mr. Estes. Even Chevrolet could not make them make this right but I wanted them to know how dishonest this dealer was with me. Chevrolet said they would keep the complaint and gave me some free oil changes as a sorry gift. I have no problem with Chevrolet just this cheating dealer. More

Did not honor "We honor any coupon from any service center" Despite the "We honor any(Underlined) coupon from any service center" claim on this months ValuePak insert. My coupon, which is $15 lower than their cost, was not honored(thus the poor rating on price). I was told it was too low. This claim should be taken off or have an addendum stating that it will be honored up to a certain discount. The only reason I went back to Bill Estes, for a second chance after a poor previous experience, was for that offer. Unfortunately, I was pressed for time so I decided to go ahead and have the service completed there, otherwise I would have just went to the other service center and used the coupon. Call ahead of time to see if they will honor your coupon before you go. Also, I believe one of the services that I paid for was not performed. It was insisted that it was performed. For the sake of fairness I should have taken before/after photos to make sure since it's always possible to be mistaken. Given this experience(primarily the coupon issue) and my previous experience(service and charge issue), I will not be returning to this dealership. The reason why I checked yes to recommend this dealership is that over the years I received great service from them and don't want to tarnish that fact over a few less than satisfactory experiences. Hopefully management will read this and at the very least be sure that Bill Estes Chevrolet honors what is advertised. More
