Stress-Free Buying Experience! There are too many wonderful things to say about the team at Bill Estes Chevrolet. We drove up from Cincinnati to get a new Chevy Equinox. Eric Beeler There are too many wonderful things to say about the team at Bill Estes Chevrolet. We drove up from Cincinnati to get a new Chevy Equinox. Eric Beeler & the finance team made sure everything was in place before we drove up. They gave us a couple different lease options on the car my wife wanted. We didn't have to wait that long once we got there, given that the dealership was extremely busy. Yessica Olguin went made sure we knew everything about the car before we drove off the lot. The General Manager, Chuck Jones, even came over to introduce himself and make sure everything was going smoothly. We can't thank Bill Estes Chevrolet enough about how smooth the transaction was. We will definitely make the drive to Indianapolis again when we need to purchase a new Chevrolet! More

No support after the sale. I recently purchased a used Corvette from Este's. During the negotiation one of my critea was full service records from Estes service department. The car I purchased appears to have had modifications and knowing what was done would be beneficial. Mr. Bo Chavis told me service was closed on Saturday but he would request service records on the following Monday. Due to the privacy laws this was a big job but Bo went the extra mile. Much appreciated. I also dealt with John Luck he has been wonderful to work with during the sale and has followed up after the sale. John is a true professional. Great experience. More

Lack of Customer Service!! I called on Tuesday, made an appointment to come in on Wednesday. I was given a name a salesman to ask for. Of course he was gone for the day. I ended I called on Tuesday, made an appointment to come in on Wednesday. I was given a name a salesman to ask for. Of course he was gone for the day. I ended up being passed off twice to end up with BO Demir. Who essentially showed me how to read the stickers and find the stock number. bring that to him and he could give me a price from there. Not sure if it was my gym clothes or what. Politely walked to my car and left. I will not be returning or recommending any business there. Unfortunate because the company I work for offers discount and specials for buying with Bill Estes. i will make sure to post this on their Intranet site. More

Dishonest First off, I got a letter from Jeff H. stating that he wanted to make an aggressive offer on my current vehicle and to call him to schedule an appoint First off, I got a letter from Jeff H. stating that he wanted to make an aggressive offer on my current vehicle and to call him to schedule an appointment. I decided to go ahead and make the call. I get my car serviced at Bill Estes so I had grown to trust them and always appreciate the customer service. I made the call and ask several questions prior to even scheduling. I didn't want to waste any time. The lady assured me that Jeff H. was the manager and was making aggressive offers and still had extra monies to work with since sales had been great that month. She stated that Saturday was his last day taking appointments so I would need to come in then. I get there at my scheduled time on Saturday and ended up with someone totally different. I asked where Jeff H. was and they stated he was on vacation, but he could assist me. This was a dishonest move to get me in there and I was really offended that I was scheduled an appointment with someone who was on vacation. It would be different if he would have called in sick or something that was out of his control, but I was told he was on vacation with family for spring break. I should have walked out the dealership right then. I don't like being lied to and this is horrible customer service. The entire experience was a waste of time. More

From start to finish I was thoroughly impressed with the professional and friendly atmosphere of Bill Estes Chevy. I first looked at a car from their website and found multiple options to choose from. The website was easy to personalize search options and maneuver. Once I physically went to Bill Estes Chevy, I was greeted like a friend and taken well care of. I was offered a test drive and financial aid options. Every employee I came into contact with treated me with respect and helped me pick the perfect car for me. I was looking for a used Chevy Malibu and ended up purchasing a brand new Malibu for cheaper than a used one. Bill Estes Chevy even helped me search other local Chevrolet dealers to see if I could receive a better deal to no prevail. Bill Estes offered me a brand new Chevy Malibu cheaper than a used Malibu at other dealerships. The sales associate that helped me even personally gave me a $25 gift card for choosing Bill Estes Chevrolet. It's been almost a year with my 2015 Chevy Malibu and I am extremely satisfied. I would recommend Bill Estes Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a car. More
