I just got blown off. Like it was normal to get new car w Michelin tires in front and Bridgestone in the back Denial on any wrong doing. Plus a blowout at under 300 Miles. Had to buy a new tire. . Recent Purchase Eric Henderson and Pascal Decaudin helped make the car buying experience a joy! Combined, the two worked with my wife and I to ensure that we not only Eric Henderson and Pascal Decaudin helped make the car buying experience a joy! Combined, the two worked with my wife and I to ensure that we not only got the best deal, but also, ensure that we received everything we needed in an automobile. This was our first time working with Bill Estes, however. After working with these two, we will definitely be back! More
Bad Experience with Oil Change Took my car in three time for its oil change. They didn't say the car have any problems. There multi point check inspection report was always marked i Took my car in three time for its oil change. They didn't say the car have any problems. There multi point check inspection report was always marked in all green. After last week visit with in two week's break's were making some noise . It was a bad break pad. Also my engine oil and filter were very dirty too. I never got any recommendation from them to consider about changing any of them. Even my spare tires marked in green saying they have been checked. When I looked at them it didn't have air in it. Representative told that they don't check them manually it's all computerized. More

I had to be out of town so I check to see if the work had been completed. Yes, Great so far. When I asked to pay over the phone with a credit card, I was told since the bill was over $500 I would have to come in. I needed my car for the weekend. They would be closed for the Holiday and I was out of town. I asked if someone could pay for me. They would have to have my credit card which was impossible. I am out of town. I arranged for my son to come and pay with his Credit Card. He told them to leave the key in the vehicle and leave it unlock so I could pick it up later that same day. Their concern is they thought I could be paying with a stolen credit card. I am sure they have had others do this or it wouldn't be company policy. Problem is my son could have picked up the car later or if he had my credit card he could had paid and they would have given him the car. I don't know why I would pay with a stolen credit card for my own vehicle or why anyone else would pay for my car. No one call me to make sure I was able to pick the car up ok I am glad though they did leave the key in the car unlocked or I would have had a bad weekend. More
Watch out Yesterday was the second time we took the Malibu in for a Groupon oil change special. The first time took 2 hours and I had to reconnect a vacuum line Yesterday was the second time we took the Malibu in for a Groupon oil change special. The first time took 2 hours and I had to reconnect a vacuum line and buy a new gas cap because the check engine light came on immediately after we left. Yesterday took 2 1/2 hours and I had to reinstall the panel on the passenger side of the console. Question, why do you take the car apart for an oil change other than to try and run up the bill. Can't imagine what it's like to buy a car there. You have been warned. Watch them. More
Cheated out of Warranty Terrible Experience. I would not ever recommend going to this dealer. I purchased a "new" vehicle. They did mention that it was used as a customer cou Terrible Experience. I would not ever recommend going to this dealer. I purchased a "new" vehicle. They did mention that it was used as a customer courtesy vehicle when I bought, but failed to mention that would mean that the warranty was almost half gone when I purchased it. I was forced to pay for service that should be free, so remember that whatever they say is likely a lie. Best bet is to go to a more reputable dealer. More
Total Sham These guys are just bad business.... I rarely will write a review, but after the back and fourth and just LIES I don't want someone to trust them the These guys are just bad business.... I rarely will write a review, but after the back and fourth and just LIES I don't want someone to trust them the way I did. Life lesson. I bought a car from them, and the experience was pretty good until I learned I was shammed. I am an out of state buyer and I made sure to ask them multiple times about taxes. My Salesman BO DEMIR, assured me via text it was all taken care of. We agreed to 23800 OTD, Which in the car world means Out the DOOR. Nothing else..... I told them multiple times I need to know about these taxes and they assured it was taken care of.... This allowed me to put money down since I budgeted that in... So after putting that money down and purchasing the car. The Title office now says I owe them 1500 in taxes and my salesman BO, now is pushing me off Troy OWENS who told BO that that problem would be taken care of, and now I got off the phone and he says its my issue.. So they took my down payment money, and now I have to pay the taxes that I was assured was taken care of.... If there is a spot to upload photos I will gladly provide all the conversations. Completely ripped off and BAD BUSINESS! More

Vary poor business practices Drove up to look at a truck and talked to salesman and asked about price he told me price was set so I left Was contacted by different sales person t Drove up to look at a truck and talked to salesman and asked about price he told me price was set so I left Was contacted by different sales person that said it was negotiatable and I made an offer She talked to manager and contacted me and said my offer was fair and I need to make an appointment to purchase the truck Was contacted several times , six times to be exact and was told the truck was ready for me to check out and purchase. I arrived early and the salesman who would not deal with me had another person test driving the truck I was standing in there showroom for 2 1/2 hours after they said they would except my offer Then they sold the truck to someone else and ruined my entire day along with three other adults that were with me I guess there business plan is to lead as many people along as you can to sell a car and the xxxx with the rest Very very very poor place to do business Freddie was a very nice salesman he deserves to work at a much better dealership More
