Work was done quickly and professionally. I went in for an oil change. I also had a concern about a rattle. Technician checked it out and did not find the noise. Second time isn’t a charm Some of you might remember my last rant about getting my oil change and a detail...well I was contacted by the dealership ( I won’t mention any names) Some of you might remember my last rant about getting my oil change and a detail...well I was contacted by the dealership ( I won’t mention any names) and told they were sorry the technician didn’t detail my Rogue but if I would bring it back he would guarantee that when we picked it up we would feel like we were driving “a new car again”. Well hopefully they don’t sell their new cars with dust on the dash, dirt in the cup holders, dirt in the door jams, and yet again dirt in the hatch back where they once again never even opened it and run the vacuum over the carpet....I give up...I work in customer service and at my job we are mystery shopped to see if we’re doing our job to the satisfaction of our customers. Maybe Bill Dodge needs to employ some quality control personal to oversee the work ( for lack of a better term) that their employees are performing...We paid a lot of money for our new car and we expect to get top notch service along with it....SAD. More
