Took it to Saco location where they cleaned fan out again, made a trip to local hardware store and got mesh screening to block access, and didn’t charge for this visit. i appreciate the extra effort to provide a real solution to an obvious design issue. More
I was in your dealership for over an hour and a half for an oil change. I have received an inspection sticker from you every year from 2017, the year I bought my truck. My grandson accidentally broke a lens an oil change. I have received an inspection sticker from you every year from 2017, the year I bought my truck. My grandson accidentally broke a lense covering on a taillight when the truck was six months old. NEVER had any moisture issue and has never affected the turn signal stop light or lights in any way as an inspection would have shown yet I was told you would not pass it when you had done so the previous two years. Last but not least that oil change, with no other work done, cost $86. Outrageous for a simple oil change. Don’t you think??? More
We went in for a sticker and they washed the car, gave us a sticker, checked all that had to be checked in less than an hour, at no charge at all. Can't beat that kind of service. They didn’t have me on the schedule. I called a week and a half ago to set up this appointment. I waited an hour and a half for just an OIL CHANGE! In the waiting room there was a man waiting with NO mask a half ago to set up this appointment. I waited an hour and a half for just an OIL CHANGE! In the waiting room there was a man waiting with NO mask on. Several staff members walked by and never said anything to him. Even though there is a half wall up to separate the waiting room from the dealership I could overhear two of the sales men talking the entire time. Trust me it wasn’t things anyone needs to over hear! They should probably know that customers are in the waiting even if they can’t see us we can clearly hear them! More
Very dissatisfied with service today. We Have 2015 xterra. My husband took it in to get a state inspection and they failed us due to supposedly bad brakes. Not bill Dodge my husband tried to get the service man to look at them because they were just replaced last year by a different garage and he refused and said your inspection is done. Usually we get a nice car wash not today they just wanted us to leave. We have never been treated so badly at bill Dodge. Extremely upset about this situation. I hope your service don’t treat all your customers with such rudeness because you will go out of business. More
