We would be more than happy to show you your brakes please reach out if you would like to do so. After speaking with your husband and informing him the brakes failed he asked us to please bring his vehicle around for him. Once again would be happy to perform a car wash and vacuum as we do all customers but it was requested to bring his vehicle to him at that point. Apologies for any frustrations caused. Our customer's safety is our top priority.
