When I went to the dealership I was only interested in test driving an Infiniti, not necesarily buying one. I had looked at a lot of different type cars and hadn't yet settled on what I wanted. Frank Sola assisted me and was very non pressuring. I first tried out a 2008 G37XS that they had on the lot, it had a sports package, and then tried a 2009. Frank was helpful with information regarding both and the differences between them. I enjoyed the 2009 better, it had a smoother ride and the steering wasn't as stiff but I wasn't completely convinced that an Infinit was the way I wanted to go. I shared with them that I also wanted to try out a new Genesis. Frank offered to meet me at their Brunswick store where they had a Genesis for me to try. I thanked him but said a quicker way for me to test drive one was to go to Rowe Ford just around the corner. I had ruled out several cars by just sitting in them and test driving. I figured if I really liked the Genesis then I could take Frank up on his offer to meet in Brunswick. I did test drive a new Genesis coupe. In terms of luxury it didn't hold a candle to the Infiniti. I knew at that point that the 2009 Infiniti was what I wanted to buy. I did a lot of research on line through Consumer Reports and then returned to Bill Dodge Infiniti to do another test drive of the vehicle. Based on the research I knew what was a reasonable price to pay for the car. Both Frank and Stuart were very accomodating and again very low pressure which I truly appreciated. I felt very fairly dealt with. I asked about window tinting for the vehicle. They had it done within a day and absorbed the fee themselves. I had gone into the deal already preapproved with my Credit Union. But Bill Dodge was able to get me an even better deal with financing which was quite a bit lower and surprising to me. I had looked around and my credit union clearly had the best rate for financing or so I thought. All and all my experience was easy, enjoyable and very rewarding as I totally love my new Infiniti. The product is of very high quality and the people I dealt with including the finance department were all very pleasant, professional and accomodating. I will definitely do business again with these folks! More
I purchased my first Infiniti G35S in 2007 and have since I purchased my first Infiniti G35S in 2007 and have since purchased 2 more. I love the product. I have always had V-8 Mustangs in the pa I purchased my first Infiniti G35S in 2007 and have since purchased 2 more. I love the product. I have always had V-8 Mustangs in the past because of the power for the money. However, two years ago when I went to trade I found the Mustang had become so pricey it was worth my while to look at other makes. After speaking with Stuart I was able to purchase a new G35S for very little more than a comparably equipped Mustang GT. The performance was identical to the V8 Mustang but the quality of the product was leaps and bounds beyond the Ford, not to mention the luxury. My first G35S was a 2007 rear drive automatic. When I decided I wanted a manual transmission Stuart located one and the sales consultant drove to CT on his day off to pick it up. Not long after that I changed my mind about the manual transmission and started looking at all brands again. I found nothing that could compete with the G35 or Bill Dodge deal. In fact my only other consideration was a 2008 Audi A-4. I felt Morong VW Audi really didn't want my business as Bill Dodge beat their deal on a similarly sticker-priced vehicle by nearly $10,000 (considering trade value)! This time I decided to go with the all wheel drive model and I am very happy with it. There is a huge difference in how a premium brand dealer treats its' customers (both sales and service)and Stuart is definitely on the top of the heap of those dealers. He's always very low-pressure, personable and genuine. While I am not generally a fan of car dealers I highly recommend Bill Dodge Infiniti largely because of Stuart Katwick. He is a significant asset to the company. More
Purchasing the Infiniti was by far the best car buying experience ever. The car we wanted was not available and Andrea and the Infiniti staff searched high and low for a vehicle that met our needs. When the car arrived, they all made sure the car was absolutely perfect before being delivered to us. The paperwork was all prepared for us when we arrived which minimized the time we needed to spend in this area. It is a pleasant surprise to be called by name when entering the dealership and being familiar to all of the staff. Even though the car is technically still new, I can't wait to buy my next Infiniti and it will certainly be at this dealership. More
Andrea and Stuart could not have been more knowledgable or helpful in the car selection or purchasing process.
