He helped and explained to me my warranty conditions before I brought in my vehicle which helped me gain knowledge as to what my warranty covers and what it doesn't cover. I brought in my car to the dealership and I didn't have to wait around for someone to help me, Brent approached me and he told me that he would have an answer for me as soon as that following day. I was also provided with a loaner as it is covered under my warranty. Brent gave me a phone call and completely (and I mean completely) explained to me what I needed done and he gave his opinions as well as how much it would cost, an overall estimate, and prices for each thing that had to be repaired. I am completely happy with the pricing, for I understand that I could have been spending much more if I brought my car to another dealership.
