They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and perform the necessary work right away. Never felt like they were trying to take advantage of our situation. They were great. I would highly recommend them to anyone. More
Extremely poor quality control in The Service Department. I had a minor issue with the leather seat cover staying in place. After 4 visits to The Service Dept at Bill Dodge it still is not right. The technici I had a minor issue with the leather seat cover staying in place. After 4 visits to The Service Dept at Bill Dodge it still is not right. The technicians did more damage than good on two of the visits, denting the passenger side quarter panel and breaking clips in the seat cushion. The dealer evidently does not inspect the finished work of its techs. On all 4 visits I pointed out the job was not done correctly. A simple check by a supervisor or a review by a peer would have saved me several trips to the shop and hours of my valuable time. I value service after the sale and this lack of respect and zero pride in workmanship is unacceptable. The service writers were fine, but even they should be suspect of the sub par work being performed. More
