Brought my truck in for LOF and tire rotation found my center caps weren’t put back on correct took back up and was lied to about not touching them. Staff was very nice. Eric tried very hard. I was at the dealership a little longer than anticipated. Adding a car wash and wax plus the oil change and tire rotation exten Eric tried very hard. I had purchased a maintenance agreement and when checking out, I was informed it was expired. I paid full price for everything and was charged an additional 3% because I used a credit card. This oversight is my fault but it made me sad. I live 40 miles from the dealership and it is not convenient. More
