Mariela and overall customer service was excellent! I spoke with one technician, TJ maybe, who was very helpful. I had a couple hiccups after picking up my truck but Mariela and team were very responsi I spoke with one technician, TJ maybe, who was very helpful. I had a couple hiccups after picking up my truck but Mariela and team were very responsive and got me everything I needed. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was a 3% credit card fee added to my total. The service was already more than what I pay at another dealership, so the additional 3% was disappointing. They gave away free pies to customers, which I thought was a little odd, albeit nice, but I would rather have no credit card fee than a pie. More
