Brycen Rachell was hands down the best salesperson I’ve ever met. He was very helpful and friendly from the moment you pull into the parking lot. He was not your normal salesperson who stalked you in the parking lot while you looked at cars. He also did not push to make a sale when I simply stated I was just looking on one Saturday afternoon when I came to view a SUV. When I came back to purchase said SUV, he met me at the front doors, had the car and keys ready for me to test drive! After all the paper work was signed, He was kind enough to grab my Stanley from my car I was trading in and had everything ready when it was time for me to leave! Even after everyone else had left for the day! 10/10 would recommend him! More

The oil change I needed was done promptly. However the car now hesitates noticeable when cold. It is less noticeable when warm. The problem began after they looked for a coolant leak was smell However the car now hesitates noticeable when cold. It is less noticeable when warm. The problem began after they looked for a coolant leak was smelled. After a test drive I was told the hesitation was a normal thing with turbocharged vehicles. Funny how it dodNOT have this problem until after they “serviced” it. More
