Brycen Rachell stayed late along with Paul Louck which allowed us to take our vehicle home that day. Probably the quickest car buying experience we have ever had. The 2 stars come from the salesman Rick he was really sweet and purchase was very quick and smooth but it wasn’t even 2 weeks from buying the car I started to hear a noise I called multiple times to get sweet and purchase was very quick and smooth but it wasn’t even 2 weeks from buying the car I started to hear a noise I called multiple times to get the run around besides taking to a local dealership in Shreveport. It disappoints me that a place you want me to recommend to not even have an inch of respect to see what the issue is with the car that wasn’t even 30 days old to possibly have to spend money (diagnostic and deductible) to fix it is beyond me. I appreciate Rick but I’m sure I won’t be recommending my Louisiana or Texas friends and relatives if this is the treatment you get. More
