unfortunately, i brought my wife's 2023 tahoe in for some service work and not only were they not able to look at the vehicle, i was asked to bring it back because they said being the end of the month they h service work and not only were they not able to look at the vehicle, i was asked to bring it back because they said being the end of the month they had new vehicles to get ready. i have had to reschedule another appointment for the next week. I brought my car in for oil change and for them to check my tries and when I got my car back nothing was done to my tries so It make me question if the oil was actually changed. I had to just go And put air my tries and when I got my car back nothing was done to my tries so It make me question if the oil was actually changed. I had to just go And put air in it myself and I had to get them checked as well! It’s sad we have to trust that things are getting taken care of!!! More
