It was GREAT ! They made it so easy & fast. Adrian has the experience & cares, HE'S THE REAL DEAL!! He introduced me to a vehicle that I wasn't sure I wanted. Bu They made it so easy & fast. But after the test drive & showing me all the extras, I knew I wanted it!He had the whole experience very comfortable & he wanted to be sure this was the one for me & my needs. I don't do pressure & there was none. We have always purchased & serviced our vehicles at Bill Dickason Chevy. It's simple, they care. Michael in Finance, made no demands to buy any extras during the signing. Although we did take the Axiom plan because of the value & the cost. Love my new Equinox, thanks Adrian & the entire team on a job well done!!! More
