Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Ty Cundieff met us on the used car lot and listened to what I needed/wanted in a vehicle. We looked at a few, and found one that I thought might work Ty Cundieff met us on the used car lot and listened to what I needed/wanted in a vehicle. We looked at a few, and found one that I thought might work, except that there was an issue with the lumbar support. He said he would have the service department look at it on Monday morning. He called on Monday to let us know it was in being repaired, and would let us know when it was ready. We came back on Tuesday and actually looked at another used SUV, and chose that one to purchase. The fact that Ty was patient, explained the features of the vehicle and sought to meet my physical needs with regard to the driver's seat was the first pleasant experience. The rest of the purchasing experience was relatively painless. The vehicle was then taken to be detailed and we picked it up the next day. All around it was a very pleasant experience. The salespeople are friendly, the dealership is clean and well-maintained, and all questions are answered without excuses, irritation, or deceit. I highly recommend buying your next used or new car from McKaig's! More

I will never buy from this dealer again. The sales staff are good people but service center sucks. Took them 6 months to finally fix a bent rim on my wifes truck. Buying their Biggest dealer package is a are good people but service center sucks. Took them 6 months to finally fix a bent rim on my wifes truck. I had a leaking condenser and they wouldn't honor our warranty because it went out 60 miles ago. $10,000 for that stupid package and it didn't last and then they had the audacity to ask if I wanted to extend it. I'm done never going back. More
