Oil change and tire rotation took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Too long. Then the bill was $40 higher than I have been paying for the same services. Never had to wait so long, either. When I brought this up to the service manager he just blew me off saying that was what the vin was listed as. WRONG. the vehicle has only been in my name as second owner. Adrian also went the extra mile in obtaining me a second key helping me to find a vehicle when my 2020 Buick enclave had a major mechanical failure.
