Worst dealership to deal with. Very shady. Rude and disrespectful owner. Here is my story: There was a GMC truck that I was interested to purchase on their website. So I called the dealership to see if it's available. Sales rep Mike spoke with me, confirming that the truck is available. He said that to purchase it I need to stop by the dealership and see Oman (GMC manager) to start the process. So, knowing the scarcity situation with trucks, the next day I grab my two little kids and head to the dealership first thing in the morning. Just to find out from Oman that they cannot sell me the vehicle that is still in transit. He said that he would talk to the owner and let me know if it's possible. The next 7 days I never heard from him, I called several times, left messages - nothing. Today I called again and spoke with the owner Bill. He was rude and impatient. Kept asking me why I'm calling if I don't want to purchase the vehicle. I was misinformed over the phone, lost 2 hours of my life to drive to this place for nothing and then listen to rude owner's yelling on the phone. Unbelievable way to treat your customers. 4 other dealerships I called had absolutely no problem selling a truck that is still in transit. Which I happily did at Banks GMS (Concord, NH). By the way, they have the lowest doc fee less than $200. I recommend staying away from these shady people at Bill Deluca dealership. The owner is rude and practices false advertisement. There are much better places in the area. More

For the first time in the past 2-3 years I wasn't able to bring my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had asked my wife if she would be able to bring the car and provided her with the pre paid vou bring my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had asked my wife if she would be able to bring the car and provided her with the pre paid voucher which I had purchased when I purchased the car. I went onto my App and booked the appointment same as i've done so many times before. I had used these prepaid vouchers without any questions previously over the past 2-3 years at the Bill Deluca Chevy dealership in Haverhill, Ma. This time however, was a very different experience when my wife arrived at the dealership she was greeted by Bob the service advisor who initially told her she didn't have an appointment and when she said I will pull up the confirming email he said "I will pull up your history" and totally ignored her. Once she showed him the email he changed his tune however, when she presented him with the pre paid voucher that I had used many times previously he sated, "We don't take those" she stated that her husband uses them ever time he comes here and he then yelled across the hall to the Manager who didn't even have the decency to come out and speak with her he yelled "We don't take those anymore because they take too long to pay us" This entire interaction was not very professional and quite frankly had everything to do with her being a woman. More

Warning, do not go here, unorganized, and uneducated, deceitful place. Salesperson started off ok, personable, but we quickly realized he was not knowledgeable about the different makes and models of veh deceitful place. Salesperson started off ok, personable, but we quickly realized he was not knowledgeable about the different makes and models of vehicles, even though they were running ads on their websites about leases on certain model vehicles, they said that the website was not accurate, "fake news" as they called it. Games, games, games! What a waste of time. We verified that it was in fact their website through a third party. They were unaware that the vehicle we were looking for came in a 4-cylinder. The salesperson never introduced us to the manager, said he wished the owner was still the father and not the son, and he told us to "take it up with the owner" at one point. He kept talking as we were walking out the door. Horrible experience, worst ever, and we have been buying cars for 30 years! Do not go here! Many better options out there to choose from of more respectful car dealerships. More
