He called at noon and my truck was ready and washed. Too bad it rained 15 minutes later! Raincheck available on that wash guys? More

Jeremy Bauer was likely the best service rep i've ever dealt with in my vehicle ownership tenure. Not only did he source the correct parts, he held them for 5 months, until summertime, when I wouldn't need the vehicle for an extended time. When I was ready, he was ready. I'm beyond impressed with all aspects of Bill Currie Ford. More
Worst service department I have ever seen I have a new explorer with 11000 miles. Coming home from vacation Saturday (6-24-17) the vehicle began over heating. We limped home and today (Monday) I took the vehicle to the service department to be looked at and fixed. The lady there was rude and totally uncaring. She told me they could not even look at it until next week. I asked her what I am suppose to do just let it set for a week and she shrugged and said "I guess so". Are you kidding me? I called Veteran Ford and spoke with them. They were very polite and the lady there told me that they were very busy but if I brought it in about 2 PM they would look at it and see what they could do. That's all I expect. I don't expect special treatment just fair and polite treatment. I understand that not even Veteran Ford will probably fix my vehicle today but just looking at it and then make a plan is what is needed. You can't tell me that Bill Curie is any more busy than Veteran Ford. I do know they care about their customers and that shows where Bill Curie could care less. I am preparing to trade my other vehicle in on a ford truck and you can be assured there is no way I would go the Bill Curie and I will post and tell everyone I can how bad Bill Curie is. More

Back on 11/11/2014, I I apologize for my delay in typing this review. I left it elsewhere, but not sure if the people mentioned were acknowledged. Back on 11/11/2014, I had a bad experience with scheduling an appointment with Brandon Ford. I was having issues with my 2012 Ford Focus shuddering. I felt for our safety and drive around with my children often. I became nervous, because it came close to someone hitting the back of my vehicle and I stressed this to Brandon Ford. I feel that they did the very minimum in helping me. Instead, I was advised that the part was on a national back order and advised me to open a case, to see if the part can be expedited prior to 12/17/2014. I told them that to me, safety plays a huge factor in my case along with many other customers. I opened a case for the shuddering problem and was referred to Bill Currie Ford in Tampa. At the time Mark Madsen was my service provider. In conclusion, he pushed and went above and beyond to resolve the matter. I scheduled to take my vehicle in on 11/12/2014. They were able to get the part sooner. I must say that he changed how I felt towards the Ford Motor Company that day. I was ready to leave Ford, because of my experience with Brandon Ford. My heart was touched tremendously and I was glad that I gave it one more chance. Since Mark has left, I have had the pleasure of Jim Cornish taking care of me once I walk through the door. He provides exceptional customer service, has a smile on his face upon entry, and inquires about how he can help me. He makes thoroughly documentation as to the problems with my vehicle, after inspection, he makes certain that I am informed as to what additional service may be needed on my vehicle, and the approximate timing for the service. I really appreciate him and I am glad to have stayed with Bill Currie Ford. Jim is an asset to the company. There are two other people I would like to mention, Jessica Sarquist is fabulous and very professional. When I call in, she shows concern about my problem and is ready to schedule my vehicle to be serviced. Jessica has been the person that keeps me calm whenever (since back in 2014) I call in and my vehicle has an issue. I do get nervous, because my children are with me quite often and I want to make sure the Focus is safe to drive. I appreciate her and she is also very thorough upon check out, reassures me on what services were done, and the price for the service(if any). Mark Wilty (manager), has been helpful and courteous. He comes out to make certain that my needs have been met and reassures me that if there is anything he can do, just to let him know and he will assist. I purchaed my truck there in 2000 and truck was stolen in 2003 super bowl Sunday morning and the Bucs were playing....and won that day. It ruined my day and the game for me, but my truck was recovered the next day with a LOT of damage. Long story short, Dan the manager in the body shop made my truck like new, I was very pleased....fast forward THIRTEEN years....the clear coat on my topper was starting to peal in the Florida sun. I took it in two days ago and showed Dan and he said when can you drop it off, I said today! I just picked up my truck today, just two days after dropping it off and my topper looks like brand new, repainted and GORGEOUS! That is why you do business with Bill Currie Ford, awesome service and honest folks! More

The Service team was prompt in taking care of my needs and getting me in and out in a rental car that fit my families needs. My car was returned to me like new and spotless. This is the slowest service department I've eveexperienced. I've had multiple unacceptable encounters with this service department at Bill Currie Ford. I unfortunately purchased a five year service agreement wi I've had multiple unacceptable encounters with this service department at Bill Currie Ford. I unfortunately purchased a five year service agreement with them when I purchased the vehicle so all of my general maintenance is prepaid (I highly recommend not purchasing this maintenance plan). I've never had an oil change take less than an hour and a half here and my last issue with the car was a dead battery which was still under warranty, I had AAA jump start the car drove it to the service center and was told it would be four to six hours for a battery change!!! I explained I needed to get to work and asked for a loaner car which I was told I didn't qualify for, long story short I ended up buying a new battery for $150.00 changing it myself (in less than 20 minutes) and went to work. I wrote a review about the experience and was contacted by the service manager who did send me a check to cover the cost. So today I took an extra hour for my lunch break to drive in and get an oil change and was asked if I could leave my car there all day! Who has the time for an all day oil change? How is this acceptable customer service? I will not buy my next car at Bill Currie Ford, I'll save myself the time and drive out to Brandon Ford for my next vehicle and oil changes. This service center is just bad. More
