the salesman, Patrick< at Bill Currie Ford was really nice, extremely patient and helpful and got us into our new to us truck. Even when my truck stopped working after 3 days of ownership, Patrick, got nice, extremely patient and helpful and got us into our new to us truck. Even when my truck stopped working after 3 days of ownership, Patrick, got us into the service dept and a loaner vehicle. The service dept at BC Ford is another matter. It took a week to fix my truck. they told us NOTHING about my vehicle until they were finished. The company in the service dept who gave me the loaner car LIED about it having no damage. (I took a pic of the damage on the door) I should've been more thorough in my initial examination of the car! Upon returning the car a scratch was found on the front bumper. Over the phone, I apologized, but lost my temper explaining the situation to the manager. I filed a claim through insurance and they still charged my card after I told them I DID NOT have the funds to cover an almost $800 scratch. Now no one will answer my calls so I can inform them about the insurance involvement. I will NEVER take my vehicle to BC ford service dept ever again. More
