This location has the worse service in Tampa! !! I understand there is a car shortage, but Ford or only this dealer is using this situation to take your money. Customers are being charged $100 !! I understand there is a car shortage, but Ford or only this dealer is using this situation to take your money. Customers are being charged $1000 for not financing with the dealer, so you are penalized for finding your own financing or for paying cash. THIS IS WRONG. Furthermore, this dealer is charging customers an additional $1000 if they do not have a trade car, so if you are buying a car for the first time or buying another car, you will penalize, so be prepared. Lastly, the salesman (Maurice Rojo) was not helpful at all; he was careless and rude and answered basic questions about the car. I went to this dealer to buy a Nissan Armada that was listed in Auto Trader for $21,178, but upon arriving at the dealership to buy the car in cash, they added almost $3000 to the price of the vehicle because they said that Auto Trader was wrong, this was before adding the $2000 for not having a trade and for not financing with them. This place is a colossal SCAM stay away. I notified the Ford Motor Company of the scamming practices at this location. Hopefully, they get their act together. More
