Superb Car Buying Experience We came to the dealership knowing that we wanted a 2016 Ford Explorer Limited because we'd built it online. We had an "unannounced" appointment with We came to the dealership knowing that we wanted a 2016 Ford Explorer Limited because we'd built it online. We had an "unannounced" appointment with Sergio Fabian. He was expecting us much earlier in the day (and we were much later in the afternoon), so he was in the middle of assisting other customers. He apologized and took a break to show us where the Explorers were and said to check them out to see if any matched our criteria; he'd be with us as soon as possible (we were not in any hurry). We took a long time looking at all the models and finally found the one we wanted. We gave Sergio the inventory number, he got the keys and told us to take it for a test drive (he was still helping other customers - he's a popular guy). By the time we got back from the test drive, he was able to give us 100% of his attention, and from there it was smooth sailing. We got a great deal, dealt with good people, and drove our new vehicle home that evening. He followed up that evening to make sure we were satisfied with the Explorer. More
