Not what I was expecting- ina very good way! I initially came in to Bill Currie last weekend just to see what they would offer to trade in my 2012 Focus. This car is part of the Focus transmissio I initially came in to Bill Currie last weekend just to see what they would offer to trade in my 2012 Focus. This car is part of the Focus transmission lawsuit, and I was feeling pretty burned by Ford. I also had an absolutely horrid experience at a local Nissan dealership about a month prior. They used what I can only describe as "predatory" sales tactics. To say that I was not looking forward to talking with another car salesman (at Ford no less) would be an understatement. Enter Bill Currie sales assoc. Joe Moon. Talk about a breath of fresh air! Within just a minute or two after shaking his hand I was very much at ease. Not pushy, no pressure whatsoever. I explained my situation: single mom supporting a son in college, tight budget, needing a newer used car that I can afford and, hopefully, feel good about driving until my son finishes school. Joe took the time to really listen to my wants and needs. Although I looked at and drove several vehicles, the one I ended up buying was actually his first suggestion. Exactly what I was looking for. We were at the dealership late on a Saturday night, well past closing by the time the sale was finalized. Through it all, Joe remained patient and welcoming and did everything he could to get me into a great car within my budget. I will VERY HIGHLY recommend this gentleman to anyone I know is looking to buy a car! I am sorry that I do not remember the name of the finance person who assisted- he was great as well! More
