5 1/2 oil change I had a appointment at 7:30 am for a oil change. I checked in at 7:30 and within half hour, Mike informed me I also needed a battery and front brakes. I had a appointment at 7:30 am for a oil change. I checked in at 7:30 and within half hour, Mike informed me I also needed a battery and front brakes. I said go ahead. Mike said they would need it till noon. I arrived back at Bill Currie Ford at noon, only to find out that they just started the oil change. What the xxxx happened to my 7:30 appointment. We are looking at 7 1/2 hours for a oil change and front brakes. That sucks when you gave them 4 1/2 hours to do the job. The reason I am posting this, is because the last time they took forever. You ask why did I come back, because they said it wouldn’t happen again. More

Repeat service necessary The dashboard brake light was constantly illuminated regardless of the emergency brake being engaged. The master cylinder was replaced and the proble The dashboard brake light was constantly illuminated regardless of the emergency brake being engaged. The master cylinder was replaced and the problem returned. They said the switch was not wired. The problem returned, and they said "that's caused by low brake fluid," followed by "the wiring loosened due to a possible bump while driving.' Additionally, the lever for the steering wheel adjustment was also left hanging and outside of the console (their doing), when I picked it up. They repaired the lever before I left. And now I discover I've been operating the vehicle with functioning brake lights since leaving Bill Currie. I'm aggravated and must go back for the 4th time! More
