Nice atmosphere with no pressure came here to buy a 2016 Explorer Platinum we saw on the internet. The receptionist was very helpful and nice. My salesman, Joe Moon was great. very helpful and patient.....answered all my questions and was pleasant to deal with. Only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was my wife was there till 11:00 pm when buying the car. Apparently there is only 1 financial guy, and there was 3 car deals being closed that night. No big deal but maybe someone else could have stepoped in to help?.....However I still have a great overall impression. More
