I’m very disappointed in my car and my service. My husband and I have purchased seven brand new vehicles through Bill Currie Ford Service over the past 25 years. My current vehicle is a 2018 Ford e husband and I have purchased seven brand new vehicles through Bill Currie Ford Service over the past 25 years. My current vehicle is a 2018 Ford edge. It has less than 20,000 miles on it. I took my car in for service December 2020. The reasons were my auto stop didn’t work, the tire pressure light wouldn’t go off after the tires were corrected (i’ve taken it to Ford a couple of times to have that fixed and was told that I would need to come in so they could use their remote to reset it) and condensation in the rear tail lights. My service advisor at the time was name Rick. He supposedly sense to Ford to make sure these things would be covered under my existing warranty. He never called me back. I contacted Ford again January 2021 and was told that Rick is no longer there. However, nobody ever told me that or tried to reach out to me with a new service rep. I finally was assigned a new service rep name Nicole and brought my car in January 12, 2021. The auto stop was corrected by replacing the battery in the car. The tire pressure was fixed (hopefully, I’ll find out when the pressure changes again). But the condensation was never repaired. I was told by Nicole that Ford refuses to repair it because there are cracks. Of course it has cracks. Because you have to slam it to get it to shut. She told me that it would cost over $1500 to replace that. I don’t believe that I should pay to have that fixed because it is a defect in the product. It should be covered under warranty. I looked this problem up online and have found that there have been many many complaints about the same thing. Very disappointing that a car that is less than three years old, has less than 20,000 miles on it and is still under warranty is having these problems. Again, my husband and I are repeat customers of Ford (you can check your records ) ,at least have been. I don’t believe that we will be in the future unless this is taken care of. More
I sold my car to Bill Currie Ford the same day after getting an appraisal, which was great! I was then explicitly told I'd receive the payment for the vehicle in 30 days. After waiting over a month, I h getting an appraisal, which was great! I was then explicitly told I'd receive the payment for the vehicle in 30 days. After waiting over a month, I had to call 7 times over the course of a week and re-explain the situation over and over again before getting any information regarding the payment. I was told they didn't have the title to the vehicle (I gave them the title when I sold the car). I believe they mixed up the paper work along the way. Aside from an inefficient administrative department, I was told several times that a manager would contact me about my payment and I NEVER received a call. Overall, seemingly terrible and inefficient back end management if you're looking to sell your car. I will never sell a vehicle here again or even consider Bill Currie Ford for anything else. It has over 40 days since I sold the vehicle and I still have not gotten the check for my car. More

I want to comment on the good service I had from Ed Edwin Tories on the purchase of my expedition. He took a lot of time with me drove the car explained a lot and after that was done we sat down and went thr Tories on the purchase of my expedition.
