The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealership in nearly 30 years of buying cars. I was picking up a vehicle delivered to fleet sales. Before doing so I had gone on their website and dealership in nearly 30 years of buying cars. I was picking up a vehicle delivered to fleet sales. Before doing so I had gone on their website and did the KBB value for my car, which was returned at $2450. I was happy with this and was prepared to negotiate a little if necessary. When I asked to speak with Connie Lizaraso she came out, shook my hand, and walked away and left me in the hands of Christian Paledino. Christian said they would look over my car and make me an offer. After a bit he came back and said that they would offer me nothing for the car. Nothing at all. Not a dime. He said it was useless and they couldn't sell it and would just have it crushed, which is interesting considering later events. I said that I was disappointed, especially considering the offer I received through their very own website. He came back and offered me $150. I ask where I can leave the car parked until I can pick it up later as I can't drive two vehicles with one backside and Christian tells me that if I leave my car there it will be towed. Wonderful! At this point I am tired, my hypoglycemia is starting to get to me, and I am in desperate need to pick up my son, for which I am already very late. My family means a lot more to me than money so I say fine, let's go and I'll just take one up the backside and deal with it later. I find out that they didn't even try to start the car since William, who got in, said it would not crank. I hop in and of course it starts right up. It's a manual and you have to push in the clutch like any manual I have ever driven in the history of ever. He leaves me to get my plate off my car and comes back with the paperwork to sign. The one thing he forgot to bring me back is my license, which I found out two days later when I tried to buy decongestant. KBB asked how my experience was and I told them exactly what I felt. They replied and said that the dealer was supposed to use the same tool to make an offer but they did not. This is especially interesting as this car that they bought for under value, against their terms with KBB, and that they told me they would just have crushed is for sale on their website for $6600. I have screenshots of it just in case they try to say it's not the same car. Also, it took them 10 days to send me my check as well as to return my license, on top of not telling me they had it so I had to spend money to pick up a new one. More

I recently had an issue with my father's F350 starting and holding charge. I had this truck into several repair places, and still had the problem. I probably spent $1000 in towing and repairs until I took and holding charge. I had this truck into several repair places, and still had the problem. I probably spent $1000 in towing and repairs until I took it in to Bill Currie. They quickly found and fixed the problem and now the truck sounds much stronger and starts perfectly.
