I ordered the Ford Bronco online a long time ago. Unfortunately, at some point I needed a new car and couldn't wait any longer for the Bronco. Hence, I bought a car and I tried to cancel this order. Unfortunately, at some point I needed a new car and couldn't wait any longer for the Bronco. Hence, I bought a car and I tried to cancel this order. Bill Currie Ford went ahead and ordered the vehicle in my name without my permission or authorization (not matching my original order). Because of that, Ford was not able to provide me with the refund but suggested that the dealership should be able to do so. I did as I was told and contacted Bill Currie Ford for the deposit, however, up to this date the refund has not been issued and I am still waiting. Recently, I received FORD's notification that the car is about to be delivered, at that point, I did contact the dealership about my new car that was just about to come. If I couldn't get my refund back, the least I could do was to test drive the car that I had dreamed about and had waited for so long and maybe if the deal was right, I would trade in my brand new car for this one... I was informed that the Bronco had arrived, and we scheduled for that evening to buy the car of my dreams. The car was dirty (not detailed yet), the milage on my car was already over 20 (It was obvious that my car had been used for customer test drives). The window sticker showed the dealership markup $25,000. Also, $1,999.00 dealer extras were added on the final bill. Obviously, the dealership reception was cold. They were not helpful at all it was obvious that they were more interested in their markup profits rather than in my (customer) experience. Also the price that they provided for my car was $6000 below the bluebook trade in value. On top of that they tried to make me feel small. not a good experience at all... More

My family and I have dealt with Bill Currie Ford for over 50 years. We always were treated like family. If we had a problem it was fixed. Last Friday I went into Bill Currie to see my service advisor Tracy about my F150. She was not at her station but a young lady named Kyleigh Phoenix came over and welcomed me to Currie Ford. After explanting what I needed she informed me Tracy was with a customer and showed me to waiting room and said as soon as Tracy was back she would come get me. She was very professional and friendly and I asked if she was a service advisor and was told no but was interested in becoming one. This is the type person who embraces Bill Curries promise to customer service pledge. This is why I drive by two other Ford Dealerships to deal with Currie Ford You get service with a smile. Sean Sullivan fills his Dealership with the highest caliber personnel from salesmen to service advisors to mechanics to insure every customer is satisfied. Thanks again Sean Nick B More
