I have never had a more embarrasing experience trying to buy a car in my life. My credit is not the greatest, but the credit manager told me he would not waste his time submitting my credit to the Ford Moto buy a car in my life. They gave me a payment schedule the first time I visited and then, after the car I wanted dropped $1500 in price since no one wanted it, they told me I didn't qualify for it BEFORE finding out what my down payment was. They had no plans to help me since I drove my old car on to the lot. These folks assume way too much. I work for several large companies and guess what, Heritage Ford, you will be our dealership from now on, even if we have to drive to Wesley Chapel.? More

I purchased a 2010 Ford F-150 from Bill Currie and had the most amazing salesperson, Geoff Paterson. He and Mike and Dale helped me achieve the price that I wanted without using the "normal sales tactics" the most amazing salesperson, Geoff Paterson. We went onto their website and found multiple pictures of the actual vehicle that we were buying so that we could see it before we even came in! They were very courteous and exceeded every expectation that I had. The person that handled our paperwork was very polite and fast and got us a great interest rate. Overall we have never had a better car buying experience and will be recommending Bill Currie Ford to all of our friends and family!!!! More
What a racket these people run. Went in to look at a 2009 Ford Flex that was listed on the internet. After looking at it told them we would like to negotiate. They send this sleazebag over and he gives me a monthly payment quote of $772! I am a financial consultant and had my Iphone Bankrate app, I told him I wanted to see how he got to that number from the price we agreed on, it should be $200 less. Told him to show me the APR. He goes to the little desk and comes back with $50 a month lower but no printout of costs or APR. Told him that number is bogus and he needs to show me the breakdown. He finally comes back with the payment it was supposed to be and the breakdown. They were trying to scam me big time!! THEN we go to sign on everything and because it was a Sunday we wanted to wait until Monday for bank confirmation of the APR. They said everything would be done and they would call us Monday before noon, no call. My husband called and the manager said the rep had just called me to give me the numbers. My husband told him they are a bunch of lying snakes because he had just hung up with me and no one had called. He told them to shove it and we would take our business elsewhere, I would NEVER recommend anyone do business with these people. More
Boy I dont even know where to start. I first went in looking for to get a mustang. Jim the salesman was a sleezbag tried to sell me a Focus at 526 dollars a month. They gave me an offer for 420 a month on a mustang. Which is what I wanted. I was approved and all I had to do was come back and sign the papers. When I got back the papers got 'lost' and I noticed a dent on the side of the mustang and the windshield was popped out of alignment. Gary said they would fix that. After another 3 hours argueing over the price we were down to 500 a month. TOO MUCH. I asked the salesman if he had seen the earlier paper he lied and said no. WHICH HE WAS THE ONE WHO WORKED OUT THE DEAL WITH ME. The GM is a jerk and the sales manager were complete tools making snide racist remarks at the stupid desk in back. Anyway I stormed out of there and the next day bought the car I wanted with a 60 month 379.00 a month at brandon ford. More
