Happy Customer!!! Karina is incredible!!! I first saw the car on the internet. I called the dealership and luckily got Karina from the start. She was extremely personable and professional. I first saw the car on the internet. I called the dealership and luckily got Karina from the start. She was extremely personable and professional. She did a great job of building a relationship with my wife and I and we did not feel pressured at all. She gave us our space so my wife and I could discuss as we were considering two other vehicles. Although the car we purchased had more mileage on it and the factory warranty was all but expired, my wife and I liked Karina as well as the car and it was her personality that helped us in our decision. It should be noted that my wife is a regional sales manager and well versed in sales. I was bummed to learn that the roof rails that were on the car as I saw it on the internet, were not on the car when we got there. We drove from Miami to look at the car, and had I known that beforehand, we may not have visited the dealership - that's how important that feature was to me. Karina was very apologetic to the fact that the rails were not with the car. It was her sympathy and the dealership's willingness to work with us that kept us interested in the car. Had they not have been so professional, we would have easily walked away from purchasing the car. The dealer's kindness and willingess to work with us to come to an agreement over the car did not end there. I have a special license plate on my car that is a tribute to September 11th. That is extremely meaningful to me as I lived in NYC at the time, but more importantly, lost my cousin who was like a big brother to me that day. Rich was in the first tower that was struck and did not make it out. I shared that story with Karina and told her I wanted to buy the car, but would also like to keep my existing plate that was on my car back in Miami. She spoke with her team and they made a special allowance for me that made that possible....they were so willing to help us. THe people at Bill Currie had only known my wife and I for a couple of hours, but made a decision to accomodate my request that put them at risk and required a leap of faith in me. How could we turn away at that point. Karina was amazing, they were apologetic about the rails not being on the car and worked with us, and then made a tremendous exception to allow me to keep a sentimental license plate; we were sold! Karina introduced us to Mike Blankenship who worked on the financing side of our sale. Mike was extremely professional and it was easy to see that he was well versed in what he does. He explained our options in very simplistic terms and made it easy to understand what we were agreeing to in the contract. He presented our options well and shared both the pros and cons, in his opinion, with us when asked. We were very comfortable with the transaction at that point and even purchased the extended warranty to protect the vehicle as long as we can. Mike shared what he had done with his own purchase to give my wife and I piece of mind and really put us at ease. The only negative I could say with Mike is that my wife and I felt bad that we kept him there late as we purchased the car as the dealership was closing. Sorry to Mike's wife and new baby. To me, if the story stopped here it would have been a wonderful experience. You won't believe what happened next. I received a text message from Karina two days after the sale and had returned to Miami. Karina was texting me that the owner of the car I purchased came back and dropped of the rails as they did not purchase the same make of car as they had intended. I couldn't believe what I was reading. One, that the rails had come back to the dealer, and two, that Karina was reaching out to me. How many sales consultants would actually do that? Our transaction was over, she could have easily kept them and placed on another car or a multitude of other options. Instead, she showed her integrity and professionalism and reached out to me as she knew how important they were to me in my decision. Again, my experince with Karina and Bill Currie doesn't stop there. As I have mentioned, I live in Miami and the dealer is in Tampa. She not only told me she had the rails and asked if I was still interested in them, she let me know she was coming to visit a friend in Miami and would bring them to me if I wanted them. I am wowed by her customer care and her managing of the relationship with the customer. She has gone well above and beyond and I would like to share with anyone who cares to know what an amazing job she did for my wife and I and we are huge Karina fans as a result. I hope the managers at Bill Currie know what a great asset they have in her. I am truly grateful for my purchase at Bill Currie - I am overly pleased with the experience I had with Karina and Mike, the consideration they showed in the handling of my business, the way the dealership cared for the me as the customer, and the lengths the team at Bill Currie were willing to go to make me feel at ease with my purchase. I highly recommend purchasing from Bill Currie Ford and would suggest making them your first and only stop if you are considering purchasing a new or used vehicle. Tom K More

I am a very detail oriented person, quite picky and expect to be pampered when I make a big purchase like this one. Karina impressed me over the phone with her knowledge of the product, Rebates availability, and a can do attitude. After meeting her in person, I again was impressed with her ability to make me feel like family. I live over 450 miles away in Panama City Beach Florida and tried to do business with my local Ford dealer, but there was no comparison to the kind of attention to detail, sense of urgency, and feeling of warmth, I got from Bill Currie Ford, I will be buying my next vehicle from you and telling all my friends how it was worth traveling an extra mile for a Quality experience! You are assigned a service manager and all car maintenance is coordinator through that person. In fact, when I am ready to trade in, I let my service person pick my sales person.
