She did an outstanding job of presently all of the information about the 2016 Ford Escape. After deciding that the Escape was the vehicle we wanted, she was able to locate the one with all the equipment we desired at another dealership. She and her Sales Manager, Jeff, quickly contacted the other dealer and arranged to get the vehicle for us. Throughout the entire process, Karina made it exceptionally pleasant to purchase this new vehicle. She coordinated all of the activities within the dealership so that our buying experience was outstanding. Mike Blankenship handled all of the financial aspects of our purchase. He made a long and tedious process as painless as possible. He was knowledgeable and explained all of our financing and extended service options in an easy-to-understand manner. Karina and Mike are outstanding professionals! We would definitely recommend Bill Currie Ford, especially if you get Karina as your sales person and Mike as your finance person.! More

Bill Currie Experience I have been looking to buy a Ford C-Max Hybrid for the last couple of years. I finally decided to do it last Saturday (8/8/15). After searching thro I have been looking to buy a Ford C-Max Hybrid for the last couple of years. I finally decided to do it last Saturday (8/8/15). After searching through the inventory of about seven Ford dealerships in the area I had settled on Bill Currie not only because their prices were lower than all the other dealerships, but also they had the largest selection. I have waited till now to write this review to make sure there were no issues and that there was some sort of follow through. I can honestly say that I have not been disappointed by Bill Currie Ford. Once I got on the lot I started looking around and was greeted by an employee who asked if I have been helped. I explained that I was just looking and would let them know if I had any questions. About 20 minutes later Barbara Stout came out to assist me. She was the nicest sales person I have ever met. She took the time to answer any of my questions and to make sure that I test drove the car I was looking at. After I was satisfied with the answers and test drive we went inside and started the long paperwork process, but she made it not seem so tedious. As we were going through the paperwork we were talking about different subjects and how things were going with me. This made the time go by quick and felt more like a personalized experience. After getting all the paperwork filled out she went back into the sales office and started to crunch the numbers. She came back and went over my credit which I knew wasn't very good from the start. After going over everything and showing me where everything stood I explained were I really needed everything to be and off she went back into the financial office to try and get things down where I needed. The next time she came back she was able to get the price down into my comfort range. I got called into the finance office with George Doumit and he went over all the paperwork. I couldn't have been more pleased with this process. As we were going over everything and signing the documents we talked and laughed. While I was in signing everything Barbara Stout stayed out in the showroom with my roommate and kept her company the entire time which was amazing. By the time I got through the entire process my car was pulling up from being detailed and the gas filled up. I was taken out to my new car and walked through how to use Sync with My Ford Touch, pair my phone, adjust ambient lighting, etc. From start to finish my entire experience was outstanding. Not to mention that since then I have received a phone call every couple of days from Barbara Stout to make sure everything was going well and to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend Bill Currie Ford to anybody. They have been understanding, friendly, and supportive through everything. More

3 strikes and you're out 1st Strike 6 months after purchasing my 2015 Mustang EcoBoost from Bill Currie, I received a recall notice. I called Bill Currie service and told them I needed to make an appointment to have this fixed. I dropped the car off on schedule with my service advisor who acted like I was bothering him. He pushed a service agreement in front of me and told me to fill out my name and phone number. I had made the appointment, why wasn't this ready? I was then called about 5 hours later letting me know that my car was ready. When I picked it up I was told that parts had to be ordered to fix the recall problem and that I should call them in about 7 days to see if the parts came in. I HAD TO CALL THEM!! Why didn't they know this in advance? I was inconvenienced by not having a car for most of the day. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, called in 7 days and the parts were in. 2nd Strike I again made an appointment to have the recall taken care of. I dropped the car off and received a loaner because the recall and loaner were covered by Ford. I asked Jim (my service advisor) if they had an explorer available because I am very interested in purchasing one for my wife. He told me that his wife wanted one too, but he wasn't about to pay $50k for one because everything on the car breaks. Why get the bells and whistles when all cars are built to break. I was blown away that a representative of Bill Currie and Ford would say this to me. 3rd Strike I was called that my car was ready and I headed over to get it. I went to the cashier as told and they promptly told me that they would have a porter bring my car. They paged for a porter 2x. After waiting for about 10 minutes, the man who gave me the paperwork came out with my key, hit the lock and unlock button, pointed to my car and said here you go. While waiting there, I watched other people get their cars from porters. They came out washed. Mine was sitting in a parking space dirty. When I got in the car, the paper floor mat and service # were still in my car. The seat was moved and my radio was blasting. ENOUGH!!! I may have bought the car from Bill Currie, but I will not be using their service department ever again. It is obvious to me that what ownership and management doesn't realize is that the service department is the biggest reason for customer loyalty in car dealerships. It's sad because I love my Mustang and believe that Ford makes a good product. I will be purchasing a 2016 Ford Explorer Platinum, but I will not be buying it from Bill Currie. More
I am a new loyal customer to Bill Currie Ford! I am extremely IMPRESSED with Bill Currie Ford and especially with our excellent salesman Jose Muñoz Storer!! I was ready to purchase at another deale I am extremely IMPRESSED with Bill Currie Ford and especially with our excellent salesman Jose Muñoz Storer!! I was ready to purchase at another dealership, but after speaking to Jose- we gave him a shot to see if he could beat our deal. He was professional, prompt and HONEST! Did I mention PROMPT!!!?? We LOVE our NEW FORD F250 SUPERDUTY and we owe to it the GREAT service we received from Bill Currie Ford and our awesome salesman JOSE!! Once we were handed over to the finance department, our positive experience continued with Robert Bartlem!! He was also straight forward and excellent to work with. I am overall VERY SATISFIED with our experience at Bill Currie and we will be a returning customer! More

Immediately called my service advisor at Bill Currie -- he told me he was off on Saturday but his partner service advisor would be working. Called the "scheduling number" to say I needed an appointment on Saturday as I was having the vehicle towed to him on Friday. aShe told me no appointment was necessary as when a vehicle came in it was entered into the service log and assessed. Got worried when the tow truck driver didn't show up for a couple of hours -- called the 5360 extension at the service dept back -- was told it was okay because they had an after hours key drop. Tow truck driver, though, showed up in plenty of time to get the vehicle there before they closed. I expected a call on Saturday -- especially as I had called my service advisor -- but at noon, when I had not gotten a call put in a call to the service desk at 554-5360. Told her that I had talked to my adviser and would like to talk to his partner. She could not locate a service ticket but said that she would look into it and someone would call me back...... At 4:30 p.m., realizing they would close at 5:00 p.m. I called her back. I was on hold for over 12 minutes when I decided to hang up and call back. Used my phone number to call back and the call was answered and cut off immediately twice. Used my other phone, called, and was finally told that "yes" my truck was there -- but it would not be looked at until Monday because my service advisor was off for the weekend. Why would I have gone to the trouble to call them, let them know I was sending a vehicle to be serviced on Friday night so that it could be looked at on Saturday -- only to find out that no one intended to look at it until my "assigned" service advisor returned on Monday. One previous time I used them for service I went to buy tires. I was told they had them and would be mounted. Called and told to some back in the afternoon. Drove back to their dealership only to be told another service advisor had sold the tires "out from under me" and they wouldn't get a set to mount on my vehicle until the next day. Why I didn't learn from that experience is my problem. More

Very Pleased And Excited 15 F-150 Owner I was in the market for a new truck and asked my Son In Law to handle the search and finalizing a deal for me. He priced out all in the class the Silv I was in the market for a new truck and asked my Son In Law to handle the search and finalizing a deal for me. He priced out all in the class the Silverado, Ram and F-150 and we decided the 15 F-150 was the best choice and he went forward pricing out dealers in three states. He and my Daughter had just purchased a 15 Fusion SE from Bill Currie Ford end of last month so he worked w/t Paul Covell and Jeff Camara on my deal. I was kept posted all through the dealings and with his persistence and Paul & Jeff's hard work we came to a agreement and committed on the F-150. He then worked w/t Jeff on financing and to all of our delight he got financing that was better than I expected. We then planned a road trip so with my Wife, Son In Law and Daughter we departed Tallahassee early Sun 06/28 and headed to Tampa. We arrived at the dealership as they opened and were treated very well and the delivery went very smooth. I am a very proud 15 F-150 owner and very highly recommend Paul and Jeff as they will advocate for the best deal and financing for you. I will also advise friends and family to Bill Currie Ford for their and our future vehicle needs. More
