Best car buying experience EVER! From the young ladies at the reception desk, to Pete, our sales man, the decision to trust Bill Currie Ford with the purchase of our new car was easy From the young ladies at the reception desk, to Pete, our sales man, the decision to trust Bill Currie Ford with the purchase of our new car was easy to make. Pete was an excellent example of what a car consultant should be. He is not a car salesman in my mind. He was jovial, well versed on the product he was selling, and enthusiastic about the product. I wasn't a commission to him, I was a car relationship beginning to form. At no time did I feel like I was being pushed or rushed to make a decision. He put it very plainly: "I'm here when you are ready". George in Finance took the time to make sue I understood everything that I was signing and still was able to finish all the paperwork in 35 minutes! Astounding! Sheila helped us get all of the tech stuff set up and explained all of the features of the car, I'm sure I didn't get half of it but she understood and said I could come back at any time for a refresher. I can't say enough about how great this experience was. I did check out the competition, a Chevrolet dealer in Plant City, and was treated like I was keeping the salesperson from something more interesting. Full gas of Tank and Quality Care! I was very satisfied with the care my mother and I were given at Bill Curry Ford. We first met Pascal on the lot of the used cars at Bill Curry. He i I was very satisfied with the care my mother and I were given at Bill Curry Ford. We first met Pascal on the lot of the used cars at Bill Curry. He introduced himself and asked if we had any questions or needed any help. After explaining that I was interested in a trade in and looking to purchase an Explorer, Pascal made sure to show me all of my options. He showed me base models and fully featured models. He even printed off information for a few cars I had been shown. My mother and I returned the next day with two cars in mind; one of which, was not available. Both Pascal and Mike made sure I was going to get the best deal and remain close to my budget. They gave me the best offers and answered all of my questions. Three weeks into having my new car, my battery had died. I replaced my battery over the weekend and then had the issue of my lights not turning off. I met with Pascal later that day, and he personally went and inspected my car. He then suggested taking my car to the service area as soon as possible. Pascal spoke with his manager and they reimbursed me for the battery. I am very happy with the care I was and have been given. More
Why I'll return to bill currie ford Long story short, I brought my 2013 mustang to Bill currie because I had an annoying clicking sound whenever I turned my wheel left or right. At firs Long story short, I brought my 2013 mustang to Bill currie because I had an annoying clicking sound whenever I turned my wheel left or right. At first, my experience was less than acceptable. I called 4 days in advance to set an appointment in hopes of being the first or one of the first cars to be serviced. After waiting 5 and a half hours in the waiting room, I asked how my car was doing because at that point, I was extremely late for work. They gave me my car back and I test rode it with the mechanic that was working on it. I had a difficult time replicating the sound while the mechanic was in the car, go figure. After I took it home, the clicking sound returned and was even louder. The Custer service rep, Nurrisa emailed and then called me to see how my experience went; this was the game changer. After I spoke to Nurrisa, she apologized for my wait in the service department. In addition, she scheduled me another appointment for my car to be worked one by the leading foreman. When I arrived, I was greeted by the foreman and went for a ride with him and sure as anything, the clicking sound was heard. Nurrisa offered me a rental at her expense and after four days of having the rental, Bill currie called and said my car was ready. When I arrived, I asked what was done and I was told that my entire front suspension was taken off, looked at for defects and lubricated (where necessary). Granted, there were no defects to the vehicle, whatever the foreman did, fixed the issue I was experiencing. I was extremely happy to find out that the problem was fixed and I must say, I'm an extremely happy customer. I will certainly be returning to Bill currie for any service issues thAt I may come across. GOOD WORK BILL CURRIE! More
