I have had problems with Bill Curry Ford in the past and now 1 1/2 years later I’m having issues with them again. I spoke to someone in the service dept on a Tues. He couldn’t answer my question but said he now 1 1/2 years later I’m having issues with them again. I spoke to someone in the service dept on a Tues. He couldn’t answer my question but said he would find out and call me back. Never called back so on Thur. I called again and spoke to a woman who also didn’t have the answer and said she would find out and call me back. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back. This is in regards to having the crystal fusion reapplied to my windshield. It’s in response to an email reminder to have it done. Sadly it has to be done by this dealer. When a dealership gets this big the service is at the bottom. More
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BILL CURRIE FORD IN TAMPA! ! My AC was cutting out, took it in to get fixed, cost me $1500, which I thought was steep. Problem not fixed. Took it in again, cost another $1500, p ! My AC was cutting out, took it in to get fixed, cost me $1500, which I thought was steep. Problem not fixed. Took it in again, cost another $1500, problem still not fixed. Called back to talk to the manager who told me she's not a service agent or mechanic. Had to ask her if she even worked at Bill Currie Ford. They want me to bring it in AGAIN for exploratory repairs which I assume will be another $1500 with no credit whatsoever from previous repairs. So let's see, $4500 for an AC repair which may or may not fix the problem? xxxx no!! I'm taking my car somewhere else and I will never, never, never, ever go back to Bill Currie ford. At a minimum, they need to train their managers on how to speak with people on the phone. She was rude, brash, and talked over me when explaining the situation. Now I don't expect special treatment, I just want my xxxx AC fixed and they've proven to me they're not capable of doing so. And they're not even nice about it. STAY AWAY FROM BILL CURRIE FORD!! More
I do not recommend Bill Curry Ford. My husband was having problems with his Bronco, brought it in to have 2 problems fixed, they told him both problems were because he had used the wron My husband was having problems with his Bronco, brought it in to have 2 problems fixed, they told him both problems were because he had used the wrong fluid in it, mind you he had only ever had it serviced at this location and had never done anything to it on his own. Furthermore, they kept his vehicle there for over a week, only to get it home and one of the problems still exist. We make a new appointment and bring it in at said date and time only to be told they wouldn't be able to get to it until 2 days later because they had allowed 40 cars to be added in, despite his appointment. It's said that this business values quantity over quality and clearly whatever they are doing when they service or fix your car is by someone unexperienced and that doesn't know what they are doing. He wouldn't have had either problem were it not for their mistake. Now we will be going to a different dealership and having to pay for their mistake twice. 👎 More
Mr. Joe moon sold me a Lariat several years ago from your company it was my favorite car and I had such a good experience with Bill Currie Ford and Mr. Moon several years ago after purchasing my First F150, company it was my favorite car and I had such a good experience with Bill Currie Ford and Mr. Moon several years ago after purchasing my First F150, I continued to stay in touch with your company. This past year I've been looking for a new vehicle, my favorite one was a raptor F150 . Mr. Moon was so patient with me. I've been in your place several times over the past year, Mr. Moon and all of your staff has been so kind helpful and friendly when you show up. I even looked at other Raptors from online other dealers but did not want to buy from anyone else other than Bill Currie Ford and Mr. Moon, because I trusted Mr. Moon and your company as per my past experience. My latest purchase also ended up being a very good experience Mr. Moon spent several hours with me regarding the vehicle, I wasn't 100 percent committed at the time, (due to interest rates, cash vs loan, financing, total cost etc...) although, between Mr. Moon and Mr. Billy Atshan they came up with a plan that made me feel comfortable and therefore, I purchased my new Raptor. Both Mr. Moon, Mr. Atshan were so helpful friendly and again I believe that Bill Curry Ford has a wonderful reputation as a result of a great team the builds long term relations with their customers.
