Happy Caddy Owner!! I had a my car towed to Bill Cramers dealership . I did not purchase the car there so I had no previous experience with the dealership. I was called I had a my car towed to Bill Cramers dealership . I did not purchase the car there so I had no previous experience with the dealership. I was called when the car arrived when the repairs were completed. Additionally several other minor repairs were done while the car was thete. The level of service and attention to detail is the best I have ever had. I would highly recommend the dealership! More

Ugh...not how I wanted to my vacation to be but the folks at Bill Crammed Chevrolet told me not to worry. The gentleman that handled my situation was Jeff, he told me not to worry and took care of everything. Got my car back and he reassured me that the car would be fine on the way home and not to worry. I got home without any issues! Thank you Jeff and the entire service department! I really appreciated how easy it was to deal with them so far from home. More
Don't lie about it! Brought my vehicle in on Monday because I couldn't completely turn it off and remove key. Was given a loaner. What is upsetting is that I was told I would get a call that day. 2nd day I called and was told that they were looking at it and would call back shortly. 3rd day I called again and was told they would walk back to the shop and call me back soon. 4th day I called again and told them I will be picking up my vehicle and taking it elsewhere. Had they been truthful and called me back, I would be more patient. Can't deal with a company that is dishonest. Makes me wonder how much dishonesty goes on there! More

Luckily my brother in law was with me and lifted the hood to finds a volcano of battery acid on one side. He was able to get it started but I immediately went to BC .I called they said they were open until 5:30! I got there and explained the problem. There battery cable a relay were broken off, They gave me a loaner car! I was not expecting that! But I was so grateful. They said it was free of charge! They had to order a part still it was going to be in a day or more. I asked hire much it was going to cost to fix it. The gentleman told me it was covered under warranty. I insisted in was out of warranty and to double check. He came back and said it WAS still under warranty. Until June 13! I was thrilled. Just saved myself $368 thank you Bill Cramer for your honesty andintegrity. s More
Very professional dealership-- Courteous staff I have purchased two vehicles from the dealership and have been pleased due to the professionalism of the staff. So many dealerships are smoke filled rooms with loud talking , smoking and poor jokes. The facility is clean. I was in and out in 90 minutes on a purchase. There was no idle downtime. Wishy washy Had my wife's vehicle in for check engine light, normal oil change, and checked for the oil leak. They were unable to detect leak, so put due in oil. Had cam solenoid go out and they replaced both but only supposedly changed 1 but after further visit a week later for same issue they said they changed 2 and the should have changed all four beacause the other 2 were the problem this time. They also checked breaks the first visit and said they are all good, but the second visit they said the front were needing to be changed. Not sure where the disconnect is but they need to get everyone in the service department on the same page and it seemed like they were trying to add work and money. Not too happy with them right now, but have been with them the past 2 years when we take vehicle in for routine service. More
Shady Chevrolet Dealership After looking up to see if my problem could be a recall, I was given a case number from GM and told the service would be free of charge if it was inde After looking up to see if my problem could be a recall, I was given a case number from GM and told the service would be free of charge if it was indeed that issue. Otherwise, I would have to pay. I scheduled an appointment for 10am last Tuesday at BCM. At 3pm that day, I hadn't heard anything and needed to know if I should get someone to pick me up from work or not, so I called my service advisor. He didn't even know what was going on with my vehicle. He looked and informed me that it was still waiting in line to be seen and might not be touched until Wednesday. What's an appointment for?! Wednesday, he calls to tell me it is that recall issue, but I'm not covered according to what he looked up. I let him know that had it been the recall, I was given a case number from GM that would indeed cover me. I provided him with the information and he said he would look into it and get back with me. Thursday, I hear back from him. He says I am covered but only with a $100 deductible. I agree just so they'll finally fix my car and immediately contact GM. They hadn't even heard from BCM. There shouldn't be a deductible on a recall. And I'm told they would contact BCM to straighten it out. My car is ready on Thursday evening, but I'm waiting to hear back from GM about this deductible. Friday, I can't go all weekend without my car, so I pay the $100 and cross my fingers that GM will reimburse me. Monday, GM states they are investigating the situation. Today, GM says the service manager of BCM informed them that it was NOT that recall issue and could've charged me more, but were being nice since I had previously been an employee. As a previous employee, I will admit to the public that we were sent out to get newspapers and during office hours, we would all fill out this business for Best of Bay enough times to get them to win. More
