Very nice waiting area clean and comfortable. Service personnel were nice and professional. However, I asked to have my damaged tire put in the back of my truck. Service personnel are extremely professional, but they need to inspect vehicles before delivering to customers. Found black marks on drivers door panel and grease spots on seat. I suppose they are not to be blamed. In these days when new cars can be sold above MSRP and used cars can be sold for near the price of new even though they are two years and thousands of miles old. Dealerships must be making more money than ever before. I am looking for a toy and am in no rush. I am glad I own two relatively new vehicles so my wife and I will not have to worry about replacing them until after this craziness calms down, if we ever do. As I said to one of your sales people every new vehicle I ever owned depreciated quite a bit the first couple of years I owned them and it is kind of a shock to see used cars selling for the cost of a new model. I am not sure who I talked with, neither do I really care. Tell me I am looking for too much vehicle, or they would sell me their car. I deleted their emails. More

BEWARE - First 35 plus year customer , purchased 23 vehicles in that time, majority of service and maintenance . Recently went in for routine oil change and tire rotation , safety check . Prior to this visit went to another tire store for possible tire repair ( nail showing in one front, one rear tire ) To aid in locating I had sprayed spots with fluorescent paint - luckily both were removed without need to plug. Two weeks later went in to Cramer for oil change/tire rotation/safety inspection. The next week I noticed painted spots on tires and they had never been rotated ! Windshield wiper reservoir not refilled, air in spare tire at 20 pounds , check of brake wear showed had not changed in last two years !( compared to previous receipts) Translation - tires were NOT rotated , safety check is a check off without actually checking items . Not only is this dishonest it is dangerous . I called 3x and left messages for both service advisor and manage to please call and discuss. Calls never returned - finally got text response from internet sales manager who said he would investigate and have someone follow up. Two weeks ago , haven't heard anything . Going forward will certainly take business elsewhere . Lost my trust , ignored when concern raised , will find someone who is honest and values a loyal customer. More

Bought a brand new 2021 traverse red line premier that 4 days after driving off lot has had tail light issues an replaced twice an needs replaced again, idler pulley replaced, tire molding chipping, door pa days after driving off lot has had tail light issues an replaced twice an needs replaced again, idler pulley replaced, tire molding chipping, door paint peeling. When service department attempted to replace parts they damaged my car. Will never buy from here again an will spread word of how horrible they are from sales that misquoted car price and changed over my tag before I even signed the sales contract and gave GM financial the wrong billing address so I didnt recieve my payment slip to make payments to service department not having well trained workers that do more damage than fixing. Was told I have a solid car. Having to now file complaint with BBB due to car issues on a brand new vehicle. More
