took 3 hours for express service after making a appt 2 weeks in advance. Supposed to change oil and fuel filter but didn't change the filter according the truck data. Didnt' change the fuel filter. Looked at me with blank look when I asked if they rotated tires and change the pressures. Front is different from rear. And just said I am sure they did. Paid for a 15k service online says new windshield wipers included but they said they look ok. No breakdown on the service paperwork. I got no idea what they actually did to the truck. So I will take to a dealership in FWB and have it re serviced so I know it was preformed. It is a 90k truck I bought from this dealership. I won't buy there again. I will travel first. Service person I had was not very personable. This is first time I have used the service dept. When I purchased was a pleasant experience. Don't know who the people listed below are or where I might have encountered them. Required me to rate them. Little to no explanation on my 300 bill for a oil and fuel filter change. Once again a poor experience at Bill Cramer Service.
