Every time I take my vehicle in for an oil change it takes hours to get it done. The last several times I have taken my vehicle there a couple of days later I end up having additional problems with my v takes hours to get it done. The last several times I have taken my vehicle there a couple of days later I end up having additional problems with my vehicle, in which I have to turn around and take it right back to have it fixed. They are always trying to say there is something new wrong with my vehicle every time I take it in to them. They told me several months ago that I needed new tires. Now they have switched over to a new computer system and they are telling me that I do not need new tires. My check engine light and air bag lights have been going off and on for almost a year now and when I called to asked them if they could check the check engine light, they advised me that it would be about 3 months before they could look at it. The airbag light was on the last time they serviced it, and nobody said anything to me about it when they returned the vehicle. Hopefully you will not have to deal with the male that stand/sits behind the counter at the service department he is not friendly or helpful. There is a female that sits to the left of him, and she is great. When I have received my vehicle back from them servicing it they may or may not vacuum it and if they do vacuum it usually it's only the driver's floorboard. If I lived closer to a different KIA dealer, I would be willing to try a different dealer for services. More

They will lie to sell you a car, beware of all the salesman. They will do whatever it takes to make that sale. Just be forewarned. We have had two bad experiences with Kia one with a new car and one p salesman. They will do whatever it takes to make that sale. Just be forewarned. Don't buy a car here we made that mistake we paid for all service in advance made appointment for service took 2 hour first time! Second time car sat in parking lot for 2 hours. Me and Mike Cross have been communicating back and forth for almost a week, while I was still trying to decide between a Soul, Sportage, and Sorento. Also trying to convince my dad to sign with me. I finally convinced my dad to sign with me. So on Tuesday Sept. 24th ,2019 me and my dad drove from F.W.B to P.C. to talk/work things over with Mike and his amazing team. Mike and his amazing team knew the trick. Mike had me and my father test drive the Sportage, after the test drive we both feel in love. We go back inside and do some more talking. Next, thing you know friendships were formed and I am driving home in a CPO Sportage. If you want a true and genuine CPO go to Bill Byrd Kia in P.C. They are are simply amazing. More
